Granted I didn't pay for the food because of the good old-fashioned dining Dash, the service was horrible. We went here back some months and had horribly delayed service and they didn't know how to even process our gift card. After a... lengthy discussion, which was quite combative on the part of the manager (Aneta), she agreed to begrudgingly comp our meal andrefund our gift card. She guaranteed that our gift card was still good, would not expire, signed the receipt, and we leftok. Fast forward until yesterday, we went in to use said gift card, and the manager refused to honor it because he said hedidn't know the manager who signed the receipt. He knew the server involved, but refused to honor ANYTHING that we had, despitethe fact that we provided every single piece of documentation requested. Immensely frustrating as we had done absolutely nothingto deserve this situation but were punished to the point that we actually lost $10. Bottom line: food is OK, but the rest ofmanagement is out to screw you. Edit: this is actually laughable. I just called the customer service help line and they told meto hang up. I had a steak entre with garlic mashed and sautéed mushrooms and onions with a 12 shrimp add on for $1 extra. Was delicious! ... I wish there were more sautéed mushrooms and onions, since there was no vegetable with it. The shrimp were supposed to becrispy, but they were out, so they substituted grilled shrimp. TRASH! JUST TRASH!! You would think that as much as they charge for food, it would be better quality and actually taste worth... something! I'm learning that humans just don't care about anything anymore and take whatever is shoved in their faces. Sosad! Why does anyone keep going to Applebee's?!? It's NEVER a good experience with this place! It's been over a year sinceI've been to one of their locations and after this visit, won't ever return to another one! Mozzarella sticks were cold, saladhad wayyy too much wilted lettuce, potatoes had absolutely no flavor, and I don't even want to talk about the riblets! More fatand bones than actual meat! Then to make matters worse, YOU DON'T EVEN GET REAL BONELESS CHICKEN WINGS!! Just processedmeat!! Then the workers have the audacity to give you attitude when you are displeased with the way your order is lol. The food was absolutely wonderful. Great presentation. Excellent drinks as well. The only thing I was sad about was they don't... carry any other hot sauce other than Tobasco. Also, had to ask for hot sauce and a side of honey mustard twice. The first personI asked was the person just dropping food off at the table, and not the main waiter. Then we asked the main waiter and he was onit. So overall great food and great price. Will definitely be back again. Read more
The only good thing about this place is everyday happy hour with half priced apps and $4-6 drink specials. Overly priced for the... tiny portions of food. Placed my hand next to it for scale, $20 for an "8oz" steak (looked more like 6) and miniature shrimp,that you probably wouldn't even know were there if I hadn't mentioned it, and about 6 pieces of broccoli. Terrible experience. We waited 15mns. for server,39-45mns for appetizers, it was 21/2 hrs before we got our food. The manager... finally wondered over and managed a weak apology with a weekend excuse attached but it was Sunday night and they weren?t thatbusy. She offered us a free dessert. I just wanted to leave but our kids were hungry. A guy was literally walking aroundtouching himself, and the bathrooms were disgusting. I won?t be back. Read more
Pretty tasty! I ordered bread sticks and got pretzels, when I told the older gentleman working he got really mad at me but... brought me bread sticks. Then I got a medium rare steak, and it came brown. So brown in the middle, me and my boyfriend honestlycouldn?t stop laughing about it and were seeing who could chew and swallow quicker. I forced myself to eat it because he wasalready mad about the breadsticks and I felt I couldn?t say anything, but yeah interesting date night. Definitely a solid 2.5-3star situation.
