First time I?ve been able to say I had a great first experience at an Applebees. Food actually slapped, minus the fries which... were cold but it was late in the evening so I expected as much. The strawberry marg was essentially a koolaid. The french dipwas tasty and so was the mashed potatoes and shrimp plate. Service was excellent! Read more
This is my first time there, the food was good the service was good. Nicole was our server and she was awesome.
2022-July: Party of 3, late Saturday night. Easy parking. Facility was clean. The wait staff was in her phone when we came in,... so we waited for her finish until she got us seated. Hence, less one star. We were attended to by Jasmine. She was pleasant andattentive. She got our drinks & appetizer order right away and we received them right away. Our meal was served as soon as wewere done with our appetizer. She checked on us frequently, refilled our drinks, and attended to all that we requested. We hada lovely dinner. Spinach Artichoke Dip for appetizer, chicken broccoli Alfredo, riblet Platter, and kid's chicken strips meal,a soda, triple chocolate for dessert, came to $55 (before tip). Everything was tasty. This was an okay time! There honestly isn't much I can say about this place; it was pretty busy since we went around lunchtime,... though we were seated as soon as we walked in. The environment was pretty cozy, pretty bar, lovely Applebee's decor, the staffwas very nice and light-hearted. Our waiter was always checking in with us to make sure we were doing okay, which I appreciated.The food was pretty good; we had gotten this cheese dip and it was really good, but the ratio of chip to dip was off -- we hadlike still half our dip left (In retrospect, I should have had them ask to take that dip to-go)! I had ordered their chickenpenne, and although it was pretty okay, I was not a fan of the seasoning, and it could have used more salt. Also wasn't a fan ofthe waiting times between getting my appetizer or my appetizer. Overall, this is the kinda place I'd visit a couple of times ayear to try something different, and that's all. This is our neighborhood Applebee's and we visit there anywhere between 2 to 4 times a month. Applebee's has the best burgers in... the business quit playing ! I wish they would add a breakfast Burger to the menu and it would just send there menu to anotherlevel, like off the charts. We've never had a bad server, waiter or waitress & the food is always fresh, it's always good,always hot. Although Applebee's has went up on their prices a tab bit in the last 2 or 3 years, but All in all it's a greatexperience each & every time we visit. Read more
I am 0 for 3 on having a successful curbside pickup from this location. I will sit outside for 10 minutes before finally giving... up and walking inside to pickup my order after no one ever comes out for curbside. When I walk in, the employees can hardly bebothered to say hello, on my visit today, I walked in after waiting 10 minutes outside, I then waited 5 minutes before I wasgreeted, despite 3 employees being at the front desk. I was told by a manager that for curbside we need to call when we arrive,as the video monitors and the website location tracking and check-in do not work. Read more
