Went for the endless boneless wings because I've had them before at this location. These boneless wings tasted nothing like I... remember they were hard and crusty not good. Service was just ok. Ordered food online for pick up. Picked these cold food and missing a salmon order 17.00. I called and spoke with the genius... manager and he would like to send me gift card. I don?t want to have a gift card just refund me only the stupid missing meal. Hecan?t do that. He only can have us come back which we can?t, or gift card. Unbelievable place. Read more
We came to this restaurant for the first time (and last) because we were gifted a gift card from here. The staff was friendly... but neither my husband or I liked the food. I got the Riblets and they were cold and looked gross. My husband got a burger andit tasted like mainly butter. We will certainly not ever return to this restaurant. The strawberry lemonade tasted tooartificial. I usually don't put bad reviews but this place just wasn't it. Read more
Great dining experience. I had the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp and a Vanilla Porter Beer. My waitress was very friendly... and very prompt with service. I would be more than happy to come here again. Read more
Food was ????delicious ???? ???????? hands down my alcohol drink was on point thank you very much. But the waitress who served... us brought my kids Mango ????, Strawberry ???? & banana ????Smoothie 20 minutes before we left. She forgot about the Onion Ringswe ordered. Brought them out when we literally we're done eating & had our food ready to go in the plastic containers. I feltsome of the food should of been discounted for the inconvenience & she knew it too. Before the pandemic, every single time I've been to Applebee's - - I've always felt the food was mediocre at best. Not the best... spicing, not the best flavors or combination thereof. I've never come out of their restaurants and said "wow". Now that I havea tumor on the back of the tongue, it has affected TASTE (which I'll address), salivary glands, swallowing, chewing, pretty mucheverything dealing with eating. So I approached this trip to Applebee's a bit "backwards", BUT with an open & hopefulmind: GRANTED, with chemo & radiation, my taste is not quite where I am hoping it will be (it could take several more months).After the nasty, metallic/toxic taste that I had & is almost no longer present, I was hoping this restaurant's taste would comeback to me as somewhat better than I recall. It was still just so-so, as I am once again, able to taste everything on theplate. I told my Wife: "I'm really sorry Babe, but I've really tried. I know it's one of your favorite places, but you'll needto come here with other Family or Friends. I just can't justify the money, for never being satisfied with this chain, regardlessof their location." The music was way too loud for dining. Although the server suggested I walk around the restaurant tohopefully find a quieter section, I didn't take her up on the offer. Their service was pretty good. Read more
