I?m visiting from Las Vegas for the weekend. I was walking into a liquor when I smelled an AMAZING smell coming from Anthony?s... pizza and pasta. I went in and placed an order, but what really sold me was the outstanding personality and customer servicefrom Huzaifah. First time trying Anthony's pizza, and I have to say I was very disappointed. I got a Sicilian slice that was supposed to be... ricotta, jalapeno and onion. Now I was a pizza guy for 12 years, I have no idea what kind of ricotta they use but it had noflavor, they put bell peppers instead of jalapenos and all the toppings were just in center of the slice. While sitting andwaiting for our food I noticed that they were busy but every single pizza they were taking out was under cooked, at least makesure the pizza is fully cooked! Read more
I really liked Anthony's but lately it hasn't been that great. Last couple pizzas I ordered were wet. The crust just ripped off... the slices. This last time they didn't put anchovies on the pizza, they instead put artichoke on and reprinted the ticket tomake it look like that's what was ordered. If they were out of anchovies thats fine, but my boyfriend is allergic to artichoke.I wish they would have called. So this really happened tonight. My wife calls in @8:25 p.m. and asks if we can do an order. The young lady that answered told... my wife that we could still get delivery which was a shock this late in the evening. Mind you I'm passing by the shop on my wayhome from working. I was pleased and just headed home. Here it is 9:58 pm and my family of 5 will not be eating Anthony'stonight and a courtesy call would have been nice. Very very disappointed. Read more
We got two slices and loaded them with yummy toppings, fresh basil, feta jalapeño and more. Everything was delicious. The staff... was so busy, yet they were amazing. The cashier Hasai(spelling?) was friendly and courteous even though it was crazy busy. Maybecome our Friday night go to! Read more
We used to love Anthony?s and were excited to bring our family there for dinner. We get there to realize the indoor dining has... been shut down completely, so we just decide to order it to go. We sent our family back to our house to wait. We ordered a largepizza and cheese sticks. The food took 40 minutes and normally we would have been fine with that just because we love theirpizza. We get home and the cheese sticks were broken, soggy and smooshed (the $11 cheese sticks mind you) you could get bettercheese sticks at any fast food establishment. Our pizza was covered in grease and had no flavor. It was definitely a major letdown and I feel like we all used the phrase ?They used to be so good! Wanted to write a review for good customer service. I had ordered a pizza at 6:11 pm and was told it'd be delivered in an hour.... 715 rolls around and I receive a text that my pizza will be headed out for delivery soon. At 750, still no pizza. I called andthey assured me it was on the way. At 815 it has been 2 hours since I ordered, so I called and politely asked for a refund. Theassociate apologized and refunded my order, but did explain that they recently got a new computer system and were having troubletracking orders.
