I don’t know what happened to this place… new cooks? Change in management? It started out great but then service was... terrible. She did not check on us once after we complained about one of the sauces. They definitely changed the Honey Garlicsauce— doesn’t have pieces of garlic in it anymore and now they put cinnamon in it??? A nice restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. Since finding the place we have visited on several occasions. The service is... wonderful and they have a great selection of beers. Definitely the best fried chicken in town. They keep getting my orders wrong on multiple visits. Staff needs more training. The... fries came out first it got cold by the time I got the rest of my order. Anytime they made a mistake however they do charge thecorrect price. They have this electronic calling system on all the tables. It doesn't really do any good because the wait staffis running around like chicken with their head cut off. Lol Read more
It was all amazing. Honestly one of the best chickens I have ever had in a long time. I had the naked chicken and my friend had... make it spicy soy chicken. We both loved it. Well...the fries are really good. BUT the sauce that I had (Sweet n Spicy) was nasty. Service was very bland. Very young girls... work here and half of them seem like they have an attitude and hate their job. The atmosphere is very cheap and run down. Youwould think with all the business they get they could do an upgrade and hire friendlier staff...or maybe it was Friday nightstaff...idk...Waste of my $39.00..I was very disappointed and I really don't see what all the hype is about. In order of my favorite things... The server! She was absolutely amazing! Very thoughtful and fun. She was excited about the... sauces and truly lovely about my birthday. She really went above and beyond making me feel special The food, delicious! Some ofthe best fried chicken I have ever had! Crazy crunchy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Was looking for a place to have dinner with family. I gave my son two options he selected this place at random. We arrived and... it was slow and late, 730pm. There was another party besides us, 4 men having drinks. The restaurant looked immaculate. Theinterior was beautiful. They had what looked like bamboo wood everywhere. The menu was somewhat complicated. Chicken sold inpieces but priced as half or whole. No package deals. Everything was sold separately. Chicken, sides, bread and drinks. Spentover a hundred dollars for a family of four. For two fried chickens, nuggets and a chicken sandwich. Food was delicious butdefinitely not worth the price. They could easily drop the price and still make money from all the Chinese beer they'reconstantly advertising throughout the restaurant. Food is worth trying but not worth returning. Read more
