Really good Mexican food! I'll never go back to Taco Bell for another Mexican pizza because this place has the BEST one!! So... much goodness. Food is good, facility is clean, and the staff are incredible. Really appreciate their veggie options. I?ve been to Ajuua a... couple times, this go around I?m reviewing my latest visit. Here?s what we ordered: Chilis Releno - excellent taste! Chimichanga- did not get a chance to eat as it had ground beef but we asked for beans only Smothered Burrito - really good, meat was prettytasty but could be better Cucumber Margarita - really really strong, was actually a little hard to drink. I?ve enjoyed going toAjuua, they?d be five stars if they met all our vegetarian needs in our latest order. The chimichanga that was ordered had meatin it, which we specifically requested only beans and cheese. Ajuua Mexican restaurant was extraordinary!! They were able to host a twenty person party and the food was delicious. Menu has a... big assortment of plates. Some were traditional others were creative. The Ajuua burrito was huge also they had a 3 or 4 meatplatter with several toppings served with warm tortillas. We will definitely return. I am from Colorado and there are many Mexican restaurants. This one is certainly my least favorite. It is a beautiful restaurant... and the service is great. But the food is not very good. I?ve tried to go more than once and try multiple things, it?s not thestyle of Mexican food I prefer. Not very flavorful. We ordered a molcajete and a fajita combo plate?. The rice was old and really hard on both servings let?s not mention the can... refried beans they gave us, I ordered two micheladas and it seemed like it was the best part of the whole visit that and thesprite?. On the molcajete the meat was really dried up and not enough food in the main course?. On the fajita serving I only sawa couple of pieces of steak and chicken and like 4 shrimp it was my last time eating at this place I don?t have a clue how theyare still on business?.
