Waited 5 mins to be helped at the counter, then waited inside 30 mins for food and kept being told ?just another couple mins?... when we were the only ones inside. Served 20+ drive through patrons before us and we had to ask multiple times for updates.Apparently they also lost the key to the womens bathroom, floors are so greasy i slipped around when i walked. One employee hidin a corner behind the kitchen door on a personal phone call for 20 mins., another seemed high out of his mind, they remade ourfood 2x and then accidentally gave it to people in the drive through because no one was paying attention or communicating, whenwe finally received our food it was burnt and missing items. They never gave us a receipt and then asked for one when we askedabout the wait and couldnt pull our order up to give us a refund. Read more
Very disappointed this evening. We buy dinner at the KFC perhaps three times a year, and the food is typically so-so (it is fast... food after all). Tonight it was simply awful. Surprising because they were busy. The 'original recipe' chicken was cold andrubbery rather than hot and crispy. The rolls were as stale as rocks, and the sides were nowhere to be found (and it was toobusy to go back). On top of all this, a printer issue didn't allow us a receipt. They guys working were great! No complaints! The food looked great except fries, they were old, the burgers we couldn't eat,... they were caked with salt. Very disappointed.. Read more
Soda station was filthy. Trash recepticle overflowing. No cups available at drink station. Napkin dispenser was empty. Inside... tables dirty. Outdoor tables also not clean. Food extremely unappetizing. We tried eating the stuff, but ended up pitching themajority in the trash. Read more
I've had great memories of delicious burgers from A&W in New mexico. Never got to go often due to it being an hour away from... where I lived at the time. Saw this one and had to stop. 1st the staff there couldn't understand I wanted a hamburger by itself.No fries no drink just a burger, I had to clarify it about 3 times. Oh well no big deal, get the burger and this patty is so dryI feel it sucking moisture from my mouth (should have got a drink). Took one bite and threw it in the trash. Im honestly blownaway by how terrible of a burger I was served, considering the patty literally thinner than the patty on a kids burger frommcdonalds. This place became the last A&W I'll ever go to. Currently cooking dinner at home tonight. So thanks for keeping mehealthy I guess. Read more
Drove there in the snow and didn?t get all of my food. (Missing the cheese curds that I pulled aside and waited for) Everything... was old and hard and the chili was burned and super thick. Nothing was edible. Was told to drive back in the snow if we wanted arefund. Read more
Spent 18.50 for an 8 piece tender. 3 were tender size, the rest more like nuggets, they were all lukewarm, but overcooked and... burnt, probably sat under a heat lamp all night. Hate to say it byt yall just lost my business. earlier today I got a 4 piecefrom Jack in the Box, It was about 5 bucks, they were nice and fat, cooked perfect, nice and hot, so$ 10 for quality 8 peice atjack in the box or 18.50 for kfcs 8 mediocre lukewarm tenders...
