I stop here fairly often on the way to or from work and it's ok at best. It's pretty common for there to only be one employee... and if there's more than one other person waiting to check out you can expect to be in line ten minutes at least. The restroomis always out of order or "being cleaned" and gets locked at night regardless. As long as you don't need the facilities or mindwaiting the service is pretty good and the shelves are always well stocked though Read more

Went there Wednesday January 13,2021 about 10:30 pm. Customer at the counter not wearing a mask. Employee working the counter... not wearing a mask. I asked him to put it on. He said, ? why?, it?s just like a flu?. I told him, ? no, it?s not?: He put hismask on. Often times there are homeless people standing by the door with 5 foot sticks. Won?t go there again. Read more

I was going in the store to buy something but realized I had to use the restroom and since they had them I asked if I could use... them. I was told he was cleaning but the guy came out from behind the counter with no gloves on carting a spray bottle of whatlooked to be bleach walk pass me and so I followed thinking he was going to let me in. He then stopped at the soda case reachedin moved some bottles around and put the spray bottle in the same hand as the one he used to hold the door open. Neither one ofthe two guys have spoken to me even though I asked several times if I could use the restroom and that I'll be fast with noresponse from them I then kept following the clerk and he went pass the restroom and I again asked if I could use the restroomand he said no. So these two stood there and smiled at me and basically laughed in my face. Do not go there absolutely therudest clerk's ever. Read more

Just a note to say that the man (tall white guy) who was working at the car wash entrance today was so helpful and... professional. He went out of his way to fix my license plate that was bent up (from vandalism) as I went into the wash. He wastaking his time and making sure that each car was safe to go into the wash so there'd be no damage. 100%%%% Read more

Not sure why convenience stores always have issues accepting coupons from Marlboro and the Marlboro app. Been going to the 7-11... for 4 years and never once had a problem with using a dollar off coupon from the app until today. The man and woman were bothjerks about the coupon and when I told her that I had been coming to this establishment and using the mobile coupons for years, she said that she had been "doing it the wrong way" and "things are changing now." Well, tell it to the Marlboro company, theyhave you as a store that accepts their coupons (no matter if it IS already 50 cents off.) You are not losing money from thecoupon being used on a pack of cigarettes that's 50 cents cheaper, you're losing money by NOT accepting it because now peoplewill just go to the next place over to get their cigarettes and gas that's NOT THE MOST EXPENSIVE IN TOWN (for real, they arethe most expensive station in the Denver area) and NOT be harassed for throwing your cup away after you tried to get a soda andnot just your first option is out but your 2nd and 3rd are as well, without any signage posted that any of their drinks are outof syrup. Poorly managed, poor service, horrendous prices. The night dude is the only nice person I've come across at this7-11. Read more

There is sign on the door that says bathrooms close at 7pm. I got there at 7:10 , I have a 3 year old daughter who is not great... at holding it. The nerve of the woman working behind the counter, she refused to allow my daughter to use the restroom. She said?that?s the rule? I said who makes these rules and she said she refused to argue with me. Oh ok, well since you insisted onmaking my night more difficult I?m going to do everything I can to ensure you lose your precious little 711 job. See you nexttime fattie Read more

I walked in intending to buy a fountain Diet Dr. Pepper. The fountain spat out a steady stream of foam, so instead of purchasing... a fountain drink for $1.50, I walked to the coolers and grabbed two 20oz bottles for $3.00. Rather than kindly ringing me outlike a nice cashier, the young lady behind the counter proceeded to say she would charge me next time for a fountain beverage.No. No she won't. This was the second time she was rude to me in just two visits I've made. 6:30pm 9/13. Read more
