First of all the cashier can't speak much English. Second, my rewards were already transferred to my wallet and we are low on... food so we use our rewards for dinner. I had over 5000. Now I have only 460 we didn't get our food and he doesn't understand whyI am so upset. He said none of the food items were not programmed into the system so. My Account dont recognize the alt items hehas chosen to use instead. Im so flipping angry. No way they are getting by with this again. Read more
0 stars. Employees are racist. I was called an entitled b*** because I dared to ask if they would be carrying the product I was... looking for in the future. I'll go to another gas station from now on. My son has also had problems getting service at our local7-11 (he was told they didn't know what he was looking for and told him to leave, but when he threatened to call the managerthey magically found his product). Fact is, anyone spending their hard-earned money SHOULD feel entitled to ask if theirfavorite product will be back in stock, no matter the color of skin. Read more
