Horrible place. Dirty, employees were rude, and they never let you use the restroom. What kind of gas station / convenient store... will not let you use the restroom. That is not convenient Go spend your money elsewhere Read more

Zero stars if I could. The lady working there is a horribly bitter person and shouldn't being in any sort of people facing... business. Such a shame companies like this have such low standards. I took my business across the street. Read more

I love this 7/11. The employees are very personable (except the overnight lady who is rarely there) and the place is always... clean. Ya also get a free reality show from the pan handlers who pretend to be in a wheelchair but can walk and set theirfriends cars on fire every so often. The employees, especially the evening man, handle it all like a BOSS!!!! Keep up the goodwork guys! Read more

This morning at approximately 3:15am, I entered our local 7-11. As one of your regular customers, this is a nearly nightly... routine. Your cashier tonight was... very disrespectful. Which is unfortunately routine as well. He is a tall African Americangentleman who has seen my identification many times. Once, was only two days prior to my turning 21. Tonight he accused me ofhaving multiple IDs or a fake identification while I attempted to buy cigarettes and he remembered that I was underage the firsttime I was there. (I was not yet aware of the change in legislature). Interestingly, between then and now he had accepted it onseveral occasions without issues. I asked him to refrain from commenting on my ID any further when I visit your store and hethen exploded and threatened to refuse any further service to me. I understand he needs to check ID, but to be repeatedly rudeabout it and to accuse me of using a fake ID isn?t appropriate. I informed him I would file a complaint to his manager which hepreceded to lash out at me and continued to keep on yelling at me even though I was speaking to him in a calm manner. Inaddition, he threatened that he would deny me service simply for stating that he disrespected me for accusing me that I hadmultiple IDs. In conclusion, I don?t know that we will be coming back to this location. He has been rude to myself, and also myhusband on numerous occasions, and we are in there nearly every night. Moving forward perhaps you might ask him to stick to whatis required of him (again, asking for ID is part of his job), but to be blatantly rude and treat regular customers could in noway be beneficial to this location? It's 9:30 at night I'm waiting to connect with a coworker for a ride into work. I step inside the 7-Eleven at Peoria and... Dartmouth to wait out of the cold and the clerk kicks me out of the store saying he has to go to the cooler. He says this whileother customers are in the store. He still has customers but wants me to wait outside...hasn't gone to the cooler yet. Anothetman walks in and speaks to him in his language and the he starts charging his phone! Really? What did I do wrong sorry I'm notfrom your country but I believe you stepped into mine... I'll be sure to push this issue. Read more

I work around this 7-Eleven so I was forced to go here. I forgot that I had dealt with this same location in the past with poor... customer service. Is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE hard to find now days? I went today to get a cup of the ?$1 any size? coffee becauseas a REWARDS member it?s one of the perks that keeps me returning to this DIRTY never clean location. Previous this week therewas no Xtra Large cups, as well today there were out of the cups. I asked the lady working as cashier if they had any. Rudelyshe said no, as if I shouldn?t have even asked her. I shrugged it off and grabbed a large cup instead. I poured one creamer podinto my cup and grabbed 4 more. Every time I go into 7-11 for just a cup of coffee I always find myself getting other itemsespecially for my work day! Today was not different. While ringing up my order the cashier was asked by another customer thesame question. Do you have any Xtra Large cups? She advised him no. I had just then figured I will grab more coffee when I getto work. However it is not the same as I have grown to like the beans from 7-11. After paying I told the cashier I was going tograb a couple of more pods of creamer. She aggressively states that they charge extra for those. I told her calmly that shedidn?t have any Xtra large cups so I would think the least she could do is spare a ?couple? of creamers without charging. Againshe raised her voice and said ?we charge for those?. I looked around and found no such signage that communicates this. Nor arethose pods listed with pricing. I asked the cashier, are you the owner, she said ?NO!? . I then asked if she was the storemanager, she said ?YES I AM!?. I again with low tone in my voice explained to her as the store manager she is responsible forthe store?s stock and if a customer who frequents at 7-11 at least 15 times a week should not be scrutinized or have to beg forcreamer especially since you don?t have the size cups I wanted. She said ?IT?S JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE Read more
