It's a nice store, but twice now my receipt is not readable because the ink needs to be replaced in the cast register. Next time... I will go across the street to the Maverik. Read more

This has been my main 711 convenience store for years & until recently they were about as decent as you?d expect for a fast... station in Aurora. Tolerable would be a better word. Unfortunately, there is ONE new hire who I?ve had the displeasure of?assisting me? lately. I don?t know his name but it?s the taller & younger African American gentleman with braids who?s usuallythere in the mornings or afternoon. It is STRICTLY because of him & his serious lack of manners, common decency & overalllaziness that I am giving this location a 1 star for the first time. When I can get him off his cell phone behind the counter,There have been multiple incidents where he clearly is not wanting to do his job but also, he doesn?t even speak when spoken to.Through multiple transactions he?s not muttered even a single word to me & retained an absolute dumbfounded look on his face theentire time. I?d bring this up to a manager in person but truly my interactions with him have pushed me to a point where I willNEVER shop at this location as long as he works there. This is not professional & he should not be the face of the storeinteracting with guests. If the person himself sees this, please for the sake of being a decent human, learn some people skills, you work at 711 man, stay humble. Read more

Chalee was very unprofessional and refused to help me, she helped everyone up to me and when I got up she stood there, making... another young man take my payment. It made me feel very uneasy! I?ll try avoiding this place when she is working! Read more

It was a very spacious 7-Eleven, a pretty nice selection of products from slushes to snack items (I really appreciated the much... more various options for slushes, I hadn't seen a Mountain Dew slush dispenser since I was back on the east coast!). It was niceto walk around in a 7-Eleven and not feel cramped from the lack of space and room. However, my critique comes from how rude ourcashier was. He didn't even offer to bag our items after we checked out and paid for our items. He was the kind of employee whomade it very apparent that he hated his job and made it your problem too. Also, it didn't help when we decided to grab a7-Eleven pizza, it was not only burnt (which you couldn't see because it was covered), it tasted like the cardboard that pizzausually comes in! We'll definitely be sticking to Domino's, Papa John's, or even Digiorno! Read more

So the employees can FaceTime and snap their boyfriends while checking you out but have the actual 7-11 phone off the hook so... they don?t have to talk to customers. Hope you guys didn?t take my $40 I accidentally left yourselves instead of answering mycall and putting it to the side, cause it?s on camera and corporates been made aware and will be looking at the footage, thenyou?ll have to find a new place to update your Insta story. Cashier was very rude and products on display were falsely advertised and sold for a higher price. When brought up to cashier he... did not want to change price and said "do you want to buy or not!" In a very rude tone. Would not be coming here again. Read more

Who ever the frumpy older white lady who works the night shift just cost you a loyal customer. I would come in at least 2-3... times on a weekly basis and EVERY time she's EXTREMELY rude and makes racist remarks about other customers that come in there. She's bitter and mad at life! I WILL NEVER spend another dollar there as long as she's employed there. Read more

One of the cashiers working in this store, identified as Aboubacar Diallo, is incompetent! I stopped in on my way to work on... the morning of July 6 to pick up a couple snacks and energy drinks and had to stop for a moment to fish a (genuine) $20 bill outof my pocket (mainly because it was in the midst of a wad of singles [$1 bills]). I get up to the counter, and the guy won'teven ring me up! Then, he has the nerve to say I was there on July 2 (Monday), and outright ACCUSED me of buying some stuff andpaying with a counterfeit $100 bill (which, by the way, he had apparently kept in his wallet, rather than keeping it put up inthe office in the store [which would also mean he probably violated company policy])! That would have been impossible for me tohave been at that location on the date he stated for 2 reasons: 1. From 6:00 AM-2:00 PM, I was at work at my job, and 2. Afterwork, I went straight home. I didn't even consider stopping at that location, FOR ANYTHING!! The moment I attempted to disputehim, he went off and got the police involved! I had to take the time to explain to the police (who didn't seem too bright, bythe way) that when I go to my bank and get my paycheck, I take the time WHILE I AM AT THE BANK TO CHECK & MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURETHE MONEY I GET FROM THE TELLER IS GENUINE, otherwise I don't accept it!! This incident and the cashier's stupidity have allbut caused me to want nothing more to do with 7-Eleven or Southland Corporation for the immediate future. My advice is to avoidthis store like the plague (especially as long as the previously-named person is employed by 7-Eleven)! Personally, what Ithink really happened is that someone fooled him with a fake bill, he's too embarrassed to admit when he's wrong, and he neededsomeone to pin it on. Read more
