I went in the location this morning. I had a coffee from McDonald?s and wanted creamer from 7 eleven. I walked in and showed the... owner my cup had coffee in it. I asked for creamer and she said it was free. I got creamer and some sugar. She stated screamingat me then cussed me out. I was calm and asked her why she so amplified. Then she came up to me with a metal pizza tool andattempted to swing it at me. I felt my life was in danger. Then the male employee ran at me and started cussing me out. I didn?tsteal or take anything for them to respond like that. I feel that this was very inappropriate and I can?t believe the owneracted in this way. No cups stocked for slurpee machine, only large tops stocked. Wanted a small cup, clerk said use cup stocked elsewhere as they... are all the same. Pointed at smallest cup (medium cup) from behind the counter. Soda machine out of order. Read more
The only 7 11 that I have ever been to that doesn't sell scratch lottery tickets with debit cards. I know most (but some do... since they changed the law) don't sell them with credit cards, but they all sell them with debit cards... I don't get it...Every single other 7-11 sells them with debit cards... It's perfectly legal because it's the same as cash people... What do youmean investigate? This 7 11 does not sell scratch tickets if your paying with a debit card but all the others and other hasstations will. Nothing to investigate is there? Almost every other has station will, but they won't with a credit card onlydebit cards. It's not illegal to pay for scratch lottery tickets with debit cards. Read more
Some of the most unprofessional people working in retail I've ever seen! I'm a disabled veteran who was a regular at this... 7-Eleven...no more! No respect! This morning I asked the gentleman at 5:30 a.m. if I could buy some sugar packets from him maybea dozen to save me the long trip up to King Soopers I use a cane... He told me yeah 25 cents each! I went across the street tothe Exxon and the gentleman working there gave me them for free even though I offered money. I ended up leaving him my moneyanyway for being so kind and compassionate and empathetic in a human being. I expect Corporate to do an employee evaluation atthis location!!! Read more
This place has the worst customer service I've ever encountered, it's by far the filthiest 7 Eleven in Colorado. I tried to type... in my rewards number to keep collecting points. The clerk tells me you dont have any points, when in actuality the screen justwent blank. I've never cashed in any of my points so why only at the store I dont have points. He gets angry with me and takesall the merchandise I'm ready to buy away and tells me to leave. I finally give in and ask for my merchandise back. He ends upcharging me 7 dollars for 2 Gatorades when its buy one get one free. This is not a place you want to be even for an emergencysituation. Read more
I go here once in awhile. The corporate headquarters need to do something about enforcing food and safety laws. Cashier at front... seen picking his nose for a good 30 seconds. When I went to get rung up I said you are picking your nose. He says I'm going towash my hands. When I tell him that is disgusting he gets very angry at me. I am shocked.
