Very rude and yes there is a change shortage but at least post that your not giving back change on the front of your door so... people don't wait in line and looks stupid because the could get back 97 cents in change. If I could give a half or negative start I would! The worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to! The service is terrible and the... representatives see disrespectful. During this time when masks are a necessity and a law, neither the employees not the patronsare obeying this rule! They don't stock 2/3 of the items that 7-eleven offers! It's a disgrace! Read more
The same person behind the counter was extremely rude yet again seemed like such a big inconvenience for her to cash in a 4$... scratch ticket. I guess if she wasnt more busy making sure she fed her kid and herself. Girl working register refused to let me use the restroom and was extremely rude. Too busy flirting will a guy standing at the... counter to even acknowledge me. ?We don?t allow customers to use our restroom, it?s for employees only? she said in a snottytone. Have never been treated to disrespectfully in my life. The clerk Maria, quit what she was doing to pay for her kids snacks,... then waited on a friend for several things. Took quit a while for him to decide what lottery games to play. Once done she wentback to what she was doing and ignored me. I stood there and finally the young man waited on me. No eye contact, noacknowledgement ,no nothing from Maria. Very racist behavior. Read more
