If I can give this 7-11 negative stars I would this is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had at 7-11 in my life... the night time clerk is extremely disrespectful and rude. Every time I walk into this store and see him I know it's going to bean issue. I will boycott this 7-11. Read more
4/10 times will you have a smoothe sailing experience here. I have been a frequent for over 10 years when management changed I... was no longer valued as a regular customer. I am constantly hassled by one of the employees that has only met and seen me for 4years. Hee is the short guy with earrings. Some of the workers are on their phones. There Is a strong language barrier for mostof them which makes it hard to communicate grill items or lottery questions and tobacco products. THERE IS A 711 ON QUINCEY ANDRESEVOIR... literally 10 times better then this and the Indian guy in there Is also super cool! Read more
This is my neighborhood 7/11 and I could pretty much use a template review for all of them. They are open when you need them (24... x 7 yessssss!), but not always up to par with the necessities. Such as the cheese or chile has run out, just when you need tosatisfy that nacho or 1/4 lb hot dog craving. Or the hot dogs themselves are not ready to be served because they don't keep upon demand, or on the flip side, the hot dogs have been on the roller grill for soooo long that they are totally annihilated andlook like a science project. And the condiment bar looks like it just went through a tornado and there is relish in the onions,and sauerkraut in the jalapenos, and a pile of ketchup is dripping in to the tomatoes. The store was very clean but one of the workers had mopped the floor but didn't put up sign to let people know,so when I came... out of the restroom I slipped and fell. The employees didnt seem like they cared. Did have me fill out an accident report oreven ask if i was ok. By the way my back and right hip are hurting and so is my right ankle. Read more
