We've had delicious food, fun drinks, and great service both times we've come to The Whiskey Kitchen. Both times we've come... they've happened to be short staffed but the staff on made huge efforts to make our experience positive and to connect with us.My daughters especially loved their kids' drinks menu this last time! Good spot. Came for dinner. Whiskey flights, margarita flights and craft beer. Friendly service staff. I'd be interested to see... the late night here. Seems like a fun spot. Read more

Menu has been upgraded but still pricey. Chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes were well prepared. Portion was huge. Kids... cocktails are a nice addition to the menu. Read more

The Whiskey Kitchen in Augusta is a great refuge from the Cold weather - we were warmly welcomed by the friendly bartenders,... musicians and waitstaff. The menu is innovative and unique; the food delicious, and the bar is stocked with an amazing varietyof liquor. It was a great escape! Read more

We visited today, about 4pm. The absolute first thing we noticed, even prior to entering, was two young children approximately... 8 years old, sitting at an 8 person table directly in front of a large window. Upon entering, we were quickly seated and askedwhat we wanted to drink...we both had a small, draft light beer...served quickly and nice and cold. We were provided a lunchmenu. I had to inquire about the dinner menu upon the waitress' return. I decided on the chicken fried steak dinner and mywife had the pulled pork dinner. The chicken fried steak was better than most, the garlic mashed was very mild on the garlic, and the broccoli was typical. The meal was served hot though, which seems to be a rarity lately, no matter where I've been. Mywife thought the pulled pork and Mac and cheese that came with her plate, we're bland. The pickled jalapeno was a nicetwist. Overall it was decent, but nothing we would make a special trip for. The children at the window table appeared to be withone of the waitress' and someone from the kitchen...perhaps the owners, I have no idea. They were well behaved and did notcause any havoc, I just found it an odd place for children to hang out. Read more

We went during Augusta's Halloween activities and it was so adorable. The staff was dressed up and did so much for the kids.... Service was slow at first, there were 4 people behind the bar and weren't paying attention to the customers out on the floor. Itgot a little better. After awhile all staff was helping with the tables... the food and drinks were amazing and worth the wait.We had the nachos and shared a plate of pulled pork, coleslaw, baked beans, and corn bread. Only complaint, corn bread coulduse a little sugar... but that is my preference not everyone's. I started with PB&J martini... it was amazing! He had thespecial witches brew.. it was very refreshing. The decor is properly matched to the name. It is going to be a place wefrequent!! Read more
