I don't know who the young male was working tonight but he treated us like it was our first time ordering anything ever. He was... very rude and told me "well this is the sandwich your going to get." I don't know what his issue was but I asked for lite olivesand he put a mound of olives on my sandwich. Anyways when we were checking out I ask him for the discount for western Ave and hesaid he won't give it to me until I tell him where I work, obviously western Ave buddy. Gave him my sandwich card which gives adiscount of one sandwich and he flipped his lid about how he can't use it because I got extra cheese on one of my sandwiches andproceeded to be rude to me and my significant other. Once we left the store I told him to have a good night and he rudelyreplied "yup." He needs to be fired as a manager of a store myself this kid would never have a job at my store. Read more

Small sub very little ham and cheese but bread fresh
Absolutely astonishing these people can make it through life. Idk if this person was a courtesy hire for the state of if they?ve... ever even made a sandwich before but I watched this girl literally pour the dressing and veggies on top of the bread of mysandwich (not in it) while staring at us then wrap it up and squish it in the paper. TWICE. On both sandwiches we ordered.Absolute mess. It?s a sandwich, not a burrito, heck pass it to me I?ll do it myself. Just passing through for travel butdefinitely will not be back. Read more

Food was great! The waitress was anything but that. Not one smile or nice word was said . she seemed irritated by my order and... any requests I made. If her demeanor was any more toxic I would have left the the food and just left. I can't say that I haveever experienced such disdain for the customer then this. Read more
Tonight (2/5/22) I went to this subway an hour before close to grab dinner. I was welcomed by a very kind man who made my order... perfectly and was a joy to chat with. He was authentic, laid back, and very attentive. I felt like I was hanging out with afriend. An added bonus is that the sandwich was delicious. To the owners- congratulations, you have an amazing employee in him.Thanks for a great experience! Read more
