We just tried to eat at this location. We were told there was an hour wait but they are open until 10p. We put our name on the... wait list and was told we'd get a text in about an hour. We went out shopping for about an hour, we went back to the restaurantto wait the rest of our time and a lady was locking the door as we pulled in. We went up to the door and she came out and saidshe just got a call from corporate they have to shut down. I explained we were on the wait list and had been killing time for anhour waiting for a table. She said she didn't realize there was a wait list...but she was standing right at the counter andinteracted with us when we were put on the wait list. Tried to order food to go on a Monday afternoon to bring home. Restaurant was empty. They said they were not doing to go orders... due to supply chain issues. I asked if I sat and ordered would they be able to fulfill what I was ordering, they said yes. Theyhad everything, but just weren't doing to go orders. Even though their website specifically has that feature, nor is it postedanywhere when you walk in. So instead of taking my money, they turned away a paying customer and sat there on their butts behindthe counter and did nothing since there was nobody in the restaurant. First time ordering "to go" pick up. First off it was an easy enough process to order online. Honestly the website did not... glitch and crash like some of the other restaurants in the area I live. Upon arrival, again this was my first time orderingto-go.. Did not know they had curb side to-go parking spots.. I called the number and someone promptly answered. She verifiedmy order with me, and within a moment she was out hand delivering my order. It was perfect customer service in my opinion.Thank you for a great meal! Read more

We called ahead and they said there was no wait, we get there within 5 minutes and the lobby was packed full of people waiting... and we were told it was a 20 minute wait. We sit at the bar and proceeded to order a tv advertised root beer floats and theydon?t have ice cream, I then ordered coffee and they no longer serve that. Then we get a drink finally, finished the drink andsat without a drink for some time until another waitress came and we asked for a refill. Finally our food came after some time,The one burger was good but the other was ordered with mayo and came dry. We ordered garlic fries one of us got them I gotregular fries. The same (other) waitress brings me some mayo and garlic fries. The fries were the driest most tasteless fries wehave ever gotten. We have gone to another Red Robin and it was just as we remembered the Augusta one once was. This is not thefirst but probably the 4th time we have been there and it is like this every time we go. I see the adds all the time. Wanted to try it despite not really loving chain restaurants. Over glorified, overpriced burger... joint. I didn't even bother taking photos because I wasn't even going to leave a review. Red robin-meh! The wait staff was niceand friendly despite being understaffed like most restaurants in the area. Also, because of this wait times are ridiculous. I'drecommend going elsewhere. Came with a party of 4 and no one was pleased with their meals. Read more

My wife thinks I?m crazy; but this is my favorite USA restaurant. Burgers are amazing and prices are amazing.

Incredibly disappointing experience. Attempted to eat at this location two separate times over two days. On the first day we... arrived at supper time to find a note on the door indicating they did not have staff and were closed at 4pm. We were not theonly ones to be surprised by this information as there were two other groups that arrived to find this same situation. Ok, thishappens so we attempted a return the next day only to find out their grill was broken and could only serve a small portion oftheir menu. While some of these factors may not have been completely within management's control, as a guest from out of thecountry (where we have no Red Robin locations), it was incredibly disappointing. My son was looking forward to eating at a RedRobin for the first time since the summer of 2019 and I would not be surprised if this location is permanently closed the nexttime I am traveling in the Augusta area based on the two days we attempted to dine there in the summer of 2022. Surprisingly there was no wait today with that being said it was very dead in there and our food was still cold. Nothing worth... enjoying if it's not hot from Red Robin. Try eating a towering onion ring when it's like lukewarm was not impressed will neverbe going back. My mom's urger was cold. Made me feel bad going there cuz it was my idea. Read more
