Stopped at this location on a trip from Portland to Bangor Maine. We wanted beverages and a bathroom. Disappointingly the... lobby was closed to customers and transactions had to be done through the drive thru window. Read more
No food this morning other than donuts after waiting at least 10 minutes. Couldn't leave the drive through line because it is so... small. No napkins or papers between the donuts. Dunkin is just sad these days. Read more
As with all the Dunkin' donuts everything is overpriced now especially the coffee but it's also good! I cold brew my own Dunkin'... donuts coffee at home to save a fortune but it's always good to have a Dunkin' donuts for if you are on the run. Read more
I normally don't have any issues. But I went today ( June 6th 2022 around 3pm) and got an iced coffee and an ice water. I poured... my ice water into a mug to keep it cold cause I work in a garage. As I got to the end of pouring my water, I saw this blackthing floating in it. I did not drink my coffee or my water. I went to another Dunkin and they looked at it, and they agreedwith me that it almost looks like a mouse dropping. I didn't even want to try and get another drink from them, if this is what Ithink it is. I've had issues with drinks similar to this, but they were more obviously coffee grounds getting mixed into thedrink. But never has it looked like a mouse dropping. Read more
I went thru drive thru for a quick ice coffee asked first about how much for a medium ice coffee the gentleman who replied back... on intercom was really abrupt and kind of rude tone and said it all depended on what I want in it I know there's extra chargesfor certain things but what he said was well depends on if you want cream sugar flavors and stuff ...I used to work at a dunkinsyears ago that's the first time I've ever heard about costs differs depending on stuff like that but ok so got a medium coldbrew blueberry ice coffee extra cream Xtra sugar I got to window handed the girl 3 $1 coins and 4 quarters because she said itwas $4 handed her that she went to jand me the cup then put it back down and said you only gave me 2 dollars I said no thanks 4there with the dollar coins she says no there's not I said ma'am I gave you 3 dollar coins and 4 quarters ( which is 7 couns soeven if they were all quarters it wouldn't be 2 dollars lol ) she looked again then said wow I didn't know we had dollars coinsand said here's yiur blueberry ice coffee regular I said it's supposed to be cold brew blueberry iced Xtra cream extra sugar shesays well that's not what you ordered and handed me the drink at that point I drove away how disappointing it was I only treatmyself about once a month to one and it wasn't even close to being made the way I wanted so a waste will never go to thatdunkins again Read more
This is one of the more efficient Dunkin drive-thrus I've been to, I never seem to be there for more than 5-10 minutes. Super... friendly staff, I never have any complaints with my coffee or my food. Just a good Dunkin! Read more
Went inside to get a mobile order and was met with numerous issue - (1. The order wasn't anywhere near completion. (2. Absolute... chaos in the store. (3. Both customers in front of me received the wrong order and nothing was taken care of. (4. I received thewrong order as well and when I declined it, the employee rolled her eyes and said that the store did not have what was ordered -a cold brew coffee with pumpkin cold foam, so a cold brew coffee with NO foam and NO explanation was good enough. Pre-pandemic,the response was both professional and respectful "My apologies, we are out of ______. May we substitute _____ or would youprefer a refund?" Post pandemic, we receive disrespect and attitude. Customer service, customer satisfaction and employeeresiliency were grossly lacking. Read more
