New update: I really wish the Taco Tico here in Augusta would get it together. Now they are watering down the sauce. It is so... disappointing to get home with your food and discover this. This has happened 3 times. The last two times the grease is so badI have to take napkins and soak it up off the tortilla shells. The wrappers they come in are full of dripping grease. I've hadit with them. I can't keep wasting money going there. Older update: The food is good. But the wait time at this place ishorrible. It's been horrible for a long time now. If you go through the drive thru on your lunch hour, your lunch hour will bewasted waiting in line. It's like this every day. Everyone complains about it. We love Taco Tico food, but if I see that lineof cars, I will not stop anymore, because I already know it'll take forever and I don't have time for that. I haven't been tothis one in a few months until today. The lobby is now closed as well every day. It has gotten ridiculous. Read more
This place is a joke use to be my favorite place to stop when going to Wichita or out of state since it's the only taco Tico and... that still 4 hours from my city. But locking the doors as soon as we get out of our car even tho they had people in the lobby!Sad and really messed up! Read more
I'm old school and love their food. Reminds me of high school. I'm not a taco bell fan. Always good, priced right.
Good tacos! The taco burger was a little weird but we liked it. Enchilada left much to be desired though, all it tasted of was... vinegar (which I know is roughly how it's supposed to be but the taste was overwhelming). And! They used the little buttons onthe top of the drinks! I've never actually seen that before, that made my day! Read more

I've always liked Taco Tico, the food is better than 'Bell, and still a great deal money wise. The problem is that the last... three times we've been by, the lobby is closed, and I've been told it from a lack of employees. This needs to be fixed. Read more
Good food, but always have to wait a long time due to understaffing.
Got the order right the first time and they have taco burgers the only place I know of to have this .thank you all so much.
