The hours posted on the door says it is open from 10am till 10pm. Either stay open till then or change the hours posted on your... door!! My wife and I walked into the lobby at around 8:20pm on a Sunday evening and we were told the lobby is closed. Afterexplaining the door was unlocked and the door says they are open till 10pm, she said she had to close the lobby because therewere only 2 other people working. There was only one car in the drive thru lane at the time. Can 2-3 employees not handle thisshort amount of business on a Sunday evening outside of the dinner rush hour? I'd much rather wait a little longer for my orderthan be told we can't eat in the lobby. Instead of going through the drive thru, we took our business somewhere else where wecould dine inside and not be ran off. And this isn't the first time this has happened. Read more
Augusta was once the one of the best in the business. The burritos were fat and everything was fresh. Not anymore?nothing tastes... fresh now. Every time I go I?m left disappointed. If you want good Taco Bell go to Andover. Read more
I should have looked at the current reviews before deciding to eat here. I ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes with no lettuce. I... take the first bite and nothing but lettuce with a very stale shell in the middle. Turned around to go back and have themremade. They didn't put the lettuce but the inner shell is still very stale. Living 5 miles outside of town does not make itworth driving back in to have it remade. My family will not be coming back for food to this location even if they manage to gettheir act together. I forsee another business closing in this small town. Read more
Ordered on the app for the build your own box and a bunch of other items, then proceeded inside to wait for it to be done. While... inside we witnessed and recorded them touching there hair and face, then proceed to touching all the food and toppings. Today wewere hungry enough to try them again so we called and asked what time they were open and they confirmed until 12am. Not fiveminutes late did we place an order and head up there to pick it up. When we get there they tell us that they decided to closenow and that we need to refund it through the app. Such a joke to eat here anymore and disgusting on top of that. Read more
The staff were great but the quality of the food continues to decline. Need to revert back to previous recipes as the taco meat... is either too greasy or watery making the hard shells soggy and the soft shells a mess. Read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered Taco Bell on the door dash app & they called me to tell me that they didn?t have... enough Cinnabon delights to fill the order which was totally fine & they gave me a bean burrito to cover the difference. Once myorder got to my house I realized that they?re missing part of my order, so I call them & they tell me they ran out of chickenearlier in the night but were now closed, when it?s still 9 minutes before closing. & proceed to not even have a reason as towhy he didn?t mention it when he called earlier especially since he was the GM. I?m honestly really upset first I got a lot of attitude for asking for the correct sauce, which he replied well I put a lot of... mild I said I understand but I wanted hot so can you please give me some hot sauce. Then he like threw it in my bag and before Icould even say thank you he rolled his eyes and closed the window. I brushed it off but this flat burrito I got is ridiculous. Ihave never had this problem at this location but I won?t be going back. There is literally no egg and it?s cold I don?t workthat far usually my food is still hot by time I get to sit down and eat it. If I could give negative stars I would! The staff is a complete train wreck. We were provided 3 orders that weren't our online... order. When we went inside they attempted to give us food that had been picked through by other people that received wrongorders. They lost our order and had to take our cell phone so they could make our order. We waited over an hour to get food. Read more
