My biggest reason for giving a five star has to be the service. I mean, my food was hot and fresh. I came in with someone who... can't have the fry seasoning, and the staff accidentally took the seasoning off my fries too, but honestly the customer servicewas enough to completely outweigh that. The cashier seemed new, but she was incredibly sweet and made me feel welcome. The nameon the receipt is Kelisha. Huge shout out to her; she literally made what would be a mediocre meal into a great one! I honestlydon't know what the people giving bad reviews are on about. The only complaint I could make is that the floor was slightly wet,but they had a sign up AND it was because it was storming and people were dragging in water. The order ahead function on the app was flawless, but if you don't select curbside pickup getting your food is a challenge. ... You'll either have to use the drive thru or call them and get the employees to unlock the door. The dining room is NOT open yetand the employees are understaffed. When I pulled up it was two cars in line. Nobody was coming to the box to take orders. I get to the box order my food and pull... up the two cars in front of me was asked to pull to the side. Then I was as well with ZERO cars behind us. The two cars gettheir food in tens mins. 20 mins later I'm still sitting. Another car pulls to the side and they bring their food out. I tellyou the lady thinking she just went to the wrong car with my food nope! She asks what I'm waiting for goes in and brings my foodout 30 secs later. I have never felt more welcomed into a restaurant in my life. They were so kind from the minute we walked in the door! Everyone... made comments like welcome in, we?re glad you are here, and welcome home. Even people in the kitchen! They also offered to serveus as we were seated. Ordered a house salad with ranch, made the mistake of not checking the bag cause I was in a rush.. received a packet of honey... mustard and Italian dressing.. both were sticky and one had a hair on it. At least give me 2 packs of the same dressing ifyou?re gonna mess it up. Chicken was also tough. They?re constantly forgetting my sauce with my meal even though I paid theextra money for it. Placed my order for 'dine in'. When I received it, it was in a to-go bag. There was only 2 napkins. There was only 2 packs of... ketchup. There was NO fork. In the lobby, the ice machine for self serve drinks was Out of Order, but no signage. Three tableswere covered with old Zaxby signs. There is NO napkin dispenser in the lobby.
