Well this was my first trip to zaxbys in awhile I was excited because they had some new menu items like the loaded fries but the... quality of the food I got was awful. I signed up for the rewards club for my daughter and then, on her birthday, took her to get her free classic sandwich (that's a... reward for being a member). I had downloaded the app and thought I was ready to go but when I get to Zaxby's they tell me thecoupon has to be in the app for me to use it. I look in the app, no coupon. I checked my email and found a message that said Ihad been sent the birthday coupon but for some reason, it hadn't appeared in the app. After spending WAY too long trying tofigure it out, the staff/manager politely says she is sorry there's nothing they can do...no free birthday sandwich for you. Wegot a sandwich anyway, but that isn't the point. You only have one birthday a year and I really believe the manager could havedone SOMETHING in this situation. It was a little confusing to know how to pick up my food because there was some construction going on at the drive-thru. There... were also some pick up parking spots but it only mentioned pick up for orders but not by the app. However, there was a Zaxby'semployee there.
