I got there right at 8pm on a Sunday night and it was a terrible experience. After Ive already placed my order Im told there is... no CO2 in their drink machine so theres only tea and juice. Fine I already ordered so whatever. Im told that it was going to bea 15-20 min wait time for my food, its Sunday I wasnt expecting super fast service. I ended up waiting 40 mins for food which isdouble the wait time I was told before ordering my food. If I was given the correct time estimate I would be waiting for my foodI wouldve taken my business elsewhere. The wait was absolutely ridiculous, especially when you add on top of that people werecoming in wayyyyy after me and placing orders (not pick up) and were leaving before me! I didnt place a massive order literallyjust 10 piece and fries!!! About ten ppl came in after me and ordered there and left before me. Not to mention as soon as istarted eating the food it hurt my stomach. I wasnt even offered an apology for a longer wait time. There was little to nocustomer service offered. Wings are way too greasy, even those meant to be "dry rub". Fries are excessively salty-- even more than the wings which... doesn't make sense. Sweet tea was fresh and normal. Service with quick and friendly. I haven't been here in a while but, dueto the greasiness, I'm sticking with A-Town Wings. I didn't finish the food because it was so greasy but I still feel grossfrom what I did eat. Read more

I should have learned my lesson the first two times...Check your food before you leave! Again, check your food before you... leave!! Tonight I'm missing a wing from my order, a month ago I received the wrong fries, a month before that I was missing myfries. I don't get it. This location is constantly busy during the evenings which means you'll have to wait longer than theestimated time you're given. I strongly believe that the team here is overwhelmed. Read more
Goes downhill when the good manager isn?t there. Wait times high even for estimated time to be ready, still waited 30 minutes.... Bathrooms locked with people in them for over an hour doing who knows what. Ice everywhere and puddles. Tables dirty. GarlicParmesan came out with no Parmesan. They were almost dry. Lemon pepper came out cold which makes zero sense for how long wewaited. Not coming back anymore after 3 bad wing stop location experiences. Will be going elsewhere. I should?ve known better from the reviews but my child wanted wings and it was late I ordered two combos $43 in total both... combos missing fries. They asked me am I coming g to get them absolutely not and offered em $5 voucher have y?all lost all or alittle bit of your mind? I ordered the ten boneless wings with fries and a drink. The price was decent for the amount of food, and I also ordered it for... carry out. The restaurant is still as clean as when it first opened however the person working the cash register was a littlerude. The food quality was decent, but I much prefer the dry rubs over the sauced wings. Everything is made to order so thequality is good for what you're getting and you always know it's going to be fresh. It might make your wait a little longer, butit's worth it. Read more
Let me tell you, go ahead and find a different Wingstop! I ordered today from this Wingstop & first It came an hour late... because the door dasher stole the wings. But not even just that, the new order was not hot and the sauce was either old or justplain wrong. Nasty. Read more
