My experience was horrible. The young man that was behind the register was too busy playing around with two young ladies and... being very loud and obnoxious along with cursing like crazy. Then another customer comes in and tells him what he wants and theyoung man was just so disrespectful and kept having this man repeat himself and unfortunately both start to argue a little witheach other. I originally went in for a Uber eats order to pick up and I just stood there for a very long time waiting for themto put together the order which is what had me cancel the order for excessive wait time. We were aggressively approach by an individual asking for money in the drive through. The manager went above and beyond to make... sure her customers were safe. She was eventually able to safely discourage the individual to leave the area. I appreciate thefact that although she was not at fault, she was able to professionally handle the situation and retain her drive thrucustomers. She apologized profusely and kept her decorum mature and respectable. The employes assisted her as well. Great jobguys! Kudos to you all! Read more
