People mess up my fast food all the time. I go to Wendy's on my lunch break almost every day. Not one time have I got the wrong... order or a messed up order. There's two ladies at 11:30 on weekdays that work there and I'd like to say thank you to them fornot being in a bad mood and acting like they hate their job and forgetting my order right every time. I have not eaten here in a long time, they changed it up. It looks good estically, and you can get your own fountain drinks &... tea. However, their food needs some reconstruction. The food is very greasy, the baked potato was hard overcooked. The lettucewas wilted on my sandwich. I felt nauseous later after I ate the food.. I used to like Wendys a long time ago, the food wasbetter than. I think the quality does not match the prices they charge. The food here is very expensive, I feel I wasted mymoney. Read more

I encountered an employee by the name of Joy. Her name couldn?t have been more accurate. The brief interaction we had gave me a... new outlook on my day. Joy had such a bright and welcoming smile. She had no idea what kind of day I was having (it was rough),but she truly brightened my day with her smile and friendly attitude. The Wendy's is currently closed for construction. The pilot is one one the worst I have visited. They had no hot water for the... showers, the dryers don't heat, and the restrooms were filthy. There is no hot food at this location, just snacks. The closestrestaurant within walking distance is Waffle House it's across the highway over railroad tracks. They cut the power off so thatyou couldn't transact any business, and the place is a hazzard because of the remodeling. Save yourself the headache and go tothe next Pilot in South Carolina or the welcome center a mile up I20 East. Read more
Great food and location, however they need to work on their drive thru employees being rude to customers because no one answered... at the menu screen but that was an issue before and pulling on up to window seemed like I offended the drive thru employee. Read more
