We had a family emergency while on vacation in Branson, Missouri and had to quickly get to Augusta, GA. While checking in early... at our hotel we asked for a close by place for breakfast. The gentleman at the hotel suggested Waffle House about at most a mileaway. It was fabulous ! Wish I could remember names but such incredibly friendly staff and servers. Breakfast wasgreat..although don't order eggs over easy..cause they are..(my bad!) But the grits and my husband's breakfast sandwich withhash browns was outstanding!! Read more
WORSE WAFFLE HOUSE I?ve ever ate in!! First the restaurant itself is very nasty. Restaurant looks as if it haven?t been cleaned... good in decades. Waitress seated my family and I with tables that still had food on it along with the menus. Once I requestedfor that to be cleaned, I ordered my food. Waffle was overcooked! My wife didn?t receive her food all together so by the time wewas done she then got her sausages. Eggs were suppose to be scrambled well done but instead I received- half done eggs withcheese. The cook needs better training! My time of visit was 10/1/2022 10:30am. Friendly environment, smiling faces. Will NOT berevisiting! Read more

I Love this Waffle house.. When Tre is working I get my food the way I want it every time!!!!.. With No Ploblem!! But two other... worker's ????????I don't know there names they get upset or Attitudes. ..because they want to fix it there way! .. I was comehere once or twice a day!!!.. But now only when Tre or Lady with Red hair is working!!! They have wonderful Customer Service??? Read more
This place was very dirty. The service was good and the food was good but I could not get past them needing to close down the... restaurant and give it a good cleaning. The plastic sheeting was very tacky and un-sightly. I imagine it would be very difficultto clean. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! Read more
They act as if you owe them instead of them treating you like your money matter , I'm so over these restaurants being rude ,... hateful, lazy unfriendly, dirty stores and uniforms just sick of all of it. I want spend my money with them again stillwaiting on the manager to call me back. Read more
