We had a family emergency while on vacation in Branson, Missouri and had to quickly get to Augusta, GA. While checking in early... at our hotel we asked for a close by place for breakfast. The gentleman at the hotel suggested Waffle House about at most a mileaway. It was fabulous ! Wish I could remember names but such incredibly friendly staff and servers. Breakfast wasgreat..although don't order eggs over easy..cause they are..(my bad!) But the grits and my husband's breakfast sandwich withhash browns was outstanding!! Read more
WORSE WAFFLE HOUSE I?ve ever ate in!! First the restaurant itself is very nasty. Restaurant looks as if it haven?t been cleaned... good in decades. Waitress seated my family and I with tables that still had food on it along with the menus. Once I requestedfor that to be cleaned, I ordered my food. Waffle was overcooked! My wife didn?t receive her food all together so by the time wewas done she then got her sausages. Eggs were suppose to be scrambled well done but instead I received- half done eggs withcheese.
