This was the first time we went to this Waffle House and it was a horrible experience. Our waitress did not even bother to... actually stand in front of our table or even face us to take the order. And we had even decided to sit in the table right nextto the register just to make it easier for her. She was not quite polite and would only pay attention to the people sitting atthe bar just trying to flirts with her. I don?t mind that but at least give us a little attention when taking our orders and notjust take our order with you facing towards them and her side towards us. We we?re going to eat there but then decided to takeout before we even made our order and we let her know we we?re doing take out instead before she took our order. Now what madeus very upset was that we pues with card and added just a small tip because we we?re not very satisfied with her service, myhusband said to not leave anything, he was very upset as well. But I still wanted to be nice and at least leave something. Nowwhat made me really upset was that earlier this morning I checked my bank account and it said they had taken $10 more than whatwe had set to plan. Meaning there must have been an alteration done to the tip we made. I am very upset about this. Because Ipersonally was a server once and don?t mind leaving a good tip, but this was the first time someone has been very unprofessionaltowards us and I left a small tip this time. Now don?t get us wrong the Manager that night, he was the cook too, he was verypolite, he was making sure all his order were taken care of. I wanted to thank him before we left but he was busy, and thenanother customer had walked backed in and she wanted to talk to him as well, she also looked upset. Read more
This is the 3rd waffle house in Augusta that has not been able to serve anyone cause one didn't have a waitress ? Then one idk... why just had a note on table saying no more customers at that time reason not sure of ? Last one the Waitress didn't have a notepad or ticket book to take order ? MOST RIDICULOUS THING EVER !! WAFFLE HOUSE DONT NEED ANYONES BUSINESS !! Complaint tocorporate that was a waste of time ! And managers waste of time it's a sham it's all that is open 24 hrs . The staff were great. I had a call in order, they gave me a time and out was just coming off hot! Took it back to work, the... all-star breakfasts were wonderful. Will do call in for lunch again soon. Thankyou! Read more
Always go here for breakfast they start my day with a smile bacon egg an cheese sandwich for a quickie or scramble sausage grit... bowl wonderful they are pretty quick wen ur in a hurry. Read more
