We sat and waited for ever to be helped... it took forever (10-15 mins) to even be spoke to by any of the staff... then our food... came out at several minutes apart. Waffles and bacon after we ate our hashbrowns and eggs. My husband's breakfast bowl had ahair in it. The manager said she was gonna take care of the bill since there was so many many issues, and we still ended uphaving to pay the whole bill. Absolutely the worst waffle house ever! The food is good as expected. The service is good as expected. What's not expected is to walk in on a weekday to find only the... two booth seats open back near the bathroom. You don't get to sit where you want because they have closed signs on all the emptytables. BUT You will want a window seat they have blocked off because it's so cold in there if you don't have on a jacket it'suncomfortable. Their is a vent over the booth your made to sit at and the cold air will turn your hot grits cold. Fast. I sit,shiver and eat fast. I will go to a different waffle house from now on because this was not my first experience here. Food isgood. Service friendly. Read more
Ordered breakfast on a Sunday morning around 8:30am. They answered the phone quickly and whoever I spoke with was super friendly... and patient. Our food was ready within 15 minutes and it was hot, delicious and most importantly, correct! Read more
I'm very particular on food safety issues. Management really needs to crack down on having nasty towels setting on cooking areas... for wiping hands while cooking or plate filling. I did voice my concern. So glad my stuff was handled properly. This is the 3rdtime that I've watched this and would like to see this to be resolved in all establishments. Read more
Good food, quick and friendly service. The staff gladly accommodated my picky eater child and prepared and served her an oder... of toast ("hold the heat" - aka bread with butter). The wait staff here were super friendly and upon checking out complimentedmy daughter on "how awesome she was." Thanks for a friendly and positive dining experience, with good food. Read more
Bacon was so burnt as well as the bread. One waitress was high and the other was half drunk. There was no sugar in the tea... overall the worst experience i?ve had somewhere. Read more
Great service, thier menu is greatly reduced. No more steak or Chicken Fried Steak. The chef did a fantastic job. Cooked to... perfection. They even asked how my meal was. The booths were a little narrow. Read more
I've been to this particular location a few times and for the most part it's good, but I've learned don't bother going there on... Sundays because they're just too busy...long wait times for seating and it takes forever just to place a takeout order. Thismorning I was trying to place a takeout order and I just gave up after 10 minutes standing in line...I went across the streetgot my breakfast. Read more
