My 97 year old great grandmother wanted some beets for dinner and I def didn?t know how to begin to cook beets. I googled beets... Augusta and the Southern Salad popped up! I called asking if they just make plain beets and by my surprise they did????????.Went home put them on the stove to soften them a little like my Gma wanted and served them. She ate the whole side of beets andthe side of butternut squash which she wanted more of.
