Had to use restroom while daughter was ordering a snack...needed a code to use it but couldn't use it unless we were ordering...... couldn't get code until the order was placed and paid for! Good thing wasn't a dire emergency! Read more

Order my food online around 5pm. I had to run an errand be for picking up the food. By 5:30ish I was at Taco Bell to get my... food. They gave me my food with in minutes of me pulling up to the window. I was home by 5:45. My Mexican pizza was soggy bothof my gardenia crunches was stuck to the paper and my quesadilla was stuck to the paper. So that tells me they made the ordernot long after we ordered it. Taco Bell is supposed to make the order when you get there not when you send the order in. Nothappy with this. Read more

Ordered Mexican Pizza without beans and got it home and of course they had put extra beans on it. I was so disgusted. It ruined... my entire pizza and made it soggy. And the two hard shell tacos I got were soggy as well. I'll never go to this location again. Read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I don't even eat toco bell like that but my little sister came down for the weekend and all she wanted... was taco bell. So I took her and the experience was horrible. They do not greet you at the speaker they just say you can order(which is normal so I wasn't mad at that point). I told them all I wanted was lettuce cheese and meat on the burritos (I ordered6). I get the food and there are beans and sour cream on the burritos. This is fine because mistakes happen. I go back throughthe drive-through and tell them the order was wrong and how there are beans and sour cream on the burrito and the person on thespeaker tells me she is not remaking all of them only three because the other three should be correct. I then drive around andask to speak to the manager and she or he (not really sure honestly) had a bigger attitude than the order taker. At that point,I just asked for a refund. I am not upset about the order being messed up, I'm upset about how they handled the mistake. So manydifferent ways they could've handled it. They need soft skills training badly and training on problem-solving. will not bereturning. Read more

Newer inside with more modern layout, kiosks to order from, nicer seating area, and way cleaner inside. Staff was very... attentive, looking forward to them operate in a up to date facility. Read more

I went drive thur - they forgot my cinnamon twists. They didn't give a receipt, As I pulled over and got out to get the item... they forgot I spilled my tea. They reluctantly gave me cinnamon twist and refused to refill or replace the tea even though Ishowed them the mostly empty cup. (It wasn't their fault is what I was told) The customer service SUCKS - I plan to call thedistrict mgr so they are aware of the horrible service I received there. Don't EVER assume you will get what you see in the commercials! My soft & hard tacos got about 5 little shreds of cheese &... lettuce on top of maybe ½ a scoop of meat! Same with the Burritos & forget the Nachos - stale chips & stingy toppings. Theirprices keep going WAY UP, the portions keep going WAY down & their employee competency keeps going WAY down.
