This is my go to location for both friendly service and a perfectly handcrafted drink. The rest of this review could easily turn... into a list of shortcomings the other locations have had. Instead, I'll focus on how quickly I am served. I do occasionally haveto stand in a line, but I'm talking 0-3 people ahead of me on any given day. While the baristas may not know me by name, theyalways have a friendly disposition and professional attitude that leaves them right in the sweetspot of both having fun andbeing efficient in their work. My order has never been wrong so I think it's important to note the attention to detail is notlacking. I would highly recommend this Starbucks location even though there is no drive-thru as it is inside the Target inEvans. Definitely the best location I have found in Augusta! Read more
Excellent. My drinks were delivered quickly and with a kind attitude. They were very respectful.
Normally ok and I would say 4 stars but seems to be getting worse hence the two stars. At 7pm I stood at the counter for... 5minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter. I went to the back stockroom door and called in to see if anyone was backthere. Heard someone exclaim ?Oh my gawd!? But no one came out. Waited again. Asked a Target cashier working the self checkoutif someone was working at Starbucks and got a snarky comment saying ?The lights are on so someone?s working it. Just keepwaiting. They?ll come eventually.? Finally after a total of 15min, fellow customers and I left to go the one across the street.First world problems but I?m still disappointed in both the missing Starbucks employee and the sassy Target cashier. Really disappointed with my Starbucks on Robert C. Daniels Parkway. I usually have my group meetups there but will have to move... because they refuse to serve me decaf coffee in the afternoon. I love their coffee but I am disappointed in theirinflexibility. And... its one thing to be turned down because of company policy, but to turn you down with an attitude of notcaring makes it even worse. So much for corporate coffee houses, too big to care. I should have supported locally owned in thefirst place. Read more
