I just order a drink from there. They completely ignored what I asked for. And have someone else what I asked for. I wanted my... drink extra thick wit extra caramel, Java chips, and whip cream. This is like the third or fourth time they have done this. Atfirst they were good. Why order on the app for convenience when you can go through the drive through and get your order faster than the customers... ordering on the app and waiting 20 minutes (ok 18 minutes). It?s not the customers fault that you guys focus on the drivethrough orders and not the online ones. Get it together. Not coming to this location again after today. Also, telling yourcustomers excuses for why you?re messing up Is a bad look. Offering to help, fix?expedite their order.. so many much better waysto solve this issue. Read more

Been in Georgia my whole life and this was my first time having Starbucks. This location made it so perfect I think this may be... a new routine for me!!! Did a quick mobile order starbucka run this afternoon to the local Starbucks! The baristas were super friendly and nice. Very... clean and non crowded place. Definitely following social distancing guidelines. No indoor consumption but u can order to go andmasks are required inside. Read more
Upon arriving the place was pretty empty . Only 3 customers in the store. From what I saw I know 4 employees were working I?m... not sure if there were more in the back . For the store to be that slow my wait time shouldn?t have been so long. Not only was Iwaiting to place my order but I also waited over 10 minutes for a coffee . I could understand if the store was busy but an emptystore and my coffee took that long come on now .... I finally receive my coffee and it taste nothing like the past 20+ coffees Ihad . The food is so so, obviously the coffee was excellent. Free wifi but the place was empty for the most part. The staff were... friendly but you could tell they're overworked. Too much drive thru business but not enough staff. Which I guess isunderstandable since alot of companies need more help. Over all it was an good experience. Read more
