TERRIBLE!!! Very rude!!!! I called in and they left me on hold for 10 minutes. She never came back on the phone. I had to come... in to order and the girl with the braids had an attitude problem. Then, they placed my order incorrectly and did not apologizefor it. The girl with the braids rolled her eyes at me when I told her that it was wrong. I am a regular customer. I love this place and the staff are always great and professional.
Don't bother ordering online. After waiting almost 30 min past the pick up time, I went to see what happened. Only to have them... dig through the trash to find my order receipt. Turns out they just threw it away instead of I don't know.... making the order Iplace about 40 min. ago. So yeah don't bother placing an order online. I love this place! It?s always so clean and the staff are always helpful and kind. They are also pretty patient. I do dislike... the powdery texture in the smoothies, but it?s just the way it is when ordering these types of smoothies. I wish there were away to void that without sacrificing the proteins. I got the Gladiator and chose wild blueberries and spinach. Yes, it wasdelicious! Yes, my entire mouth turned purple/black. I would be careful with this one if you have plans. My teeth lookedterrible for a little while. Swishing with water and drinking as much as possible afterwards will help but just prepare for thestain. On the up side, I had a delicious smoothie and plenty of H2O for the day! My teeth and mouth are all back to normal and Ifeel excellent. Thanks for the experience! I?ll be back. Read more
