This time I decided to go inside the store rather than wait in the drive thru. No difference in service or food. All they had... cooked were thighs and legs. They were working one order at a time and still getting the sides wrong, also the coke dispenserwas out of order. The mashed potatoes and gravy were warm, and the cole slaw needed salt and pepper. Told them I didn't wantanything to drink but they insisted on getting one. Did not see any options for chicken and sides on the menu for the one tofor piece meal combos. The reason for the two star rating on atmosphere, they do have handicapped parking spots and it'srelatively easy to get inside with my wife in a wheelchair. Prices way to high for what you get. Last trip there. Originally my order was almost $25 and I told the lady that I only had... $20 so what I got was 2 boxes dark 2 piece chicken with one side for each box. The final cost was just under $20. Read more

I waited around 45min and the girl who gave me the food made me yell out the order like 6 times. After that she told me that I... had to wait 10min for my shrimped popcorn? the sangwish was made lightly and had 2 tons of mayonnaise when I asked for nomayonnaise. So, I live in North Augusta and will admit I forget about this Popeyes!! Well I went this afternoon and I extremely impressed!!... The cashier was very attentive, made sure she keyed our order in correctly and asked I check the receipt to make sure she had itcorrectly! The food was EXTREMELY hot and fresh. They got our order perfectly perfect! ALL employees were very friendly andseemed to love their job. I will absolutely be back and will not forget about this location again. Read more
They don't care what garbage they serve you. Customer support and the restaurant is totally okay with letting customers get... sick. No wonder the employees are rude and don't care. They are run by apathetic and negligent management. Avoid at all costs! Read more
I had no napkins. I had no fork. I had no receipt. They put my mac n cheese in a cup and didn't even give me much. Biscuit was... in the bag along with fries being smooshed by box with chicken. Chicken was cold and not spicy. I had to ask for plastic forkand hot sauce. The worst part was waiting 30 minutes just for my order to be wrong. My experience is every time I visit Popeyes and as I proceed to order they don't have everything on the menu ???? and no choice... of vegetables ???? like what is going on they need to have vegetables and not just Starch, also being located in that areaPopeyes serves a mass of people and really and truly Popeyes should build another one like in Clearwater SC ijs because it'sridiculous.
