There is a night and day difference between the lunch and the dinner service at this location. Lunchtime is great, fast, fresh,... and accurate orders. After 3 pm, however, the orders are rarely correct (wrong type of chicken, missing sides, missing sauces,plastic ware, etc). Service is woefully slow. Order ahead and still have to wait for what feels like an eternity. We have waitedup to 1 hour to receive our food after ordering in the past. Always seem to be out of something. It really sucks when you have acraving but don't want to deal with the headaches. And the employees don't look professional at night compared to the daytime.I've spoken with corporate customer service and was promised a gift card that never came. Read more
Absolutely horrible! We placed an order through the Popeyes app at 5pm. The app said our order would be ready at 5:20pm. We... arrived at 5:35pm to pick up our food. They did not even start making our order until 5:55pm! At that point them we had themrefund. Absolutely horrible. They were unapologetic in any way and hardly even acknowledge me. Read more
These employees are just riding the clock getting paid to do nothing. Whomever owns this restaurant should be bankrupt. I wonder... if they know the employees NEVER working. every time I've gone here. Doesn?t matter the day or time. THEY NEVER have any foodavailable. It?s always ?we don?t have any chicken tenders, no sides, && it will be a 20 mins wait on chicken!? So I asked, anyapple pies, nope! We don?t have any apple pies either. Popeyes food is great. I can't give it 5 stars because although they were not super busy, when I arrived to pick up an online... order they said they were waiting for me and that the order would be easy, but then I waited at least 10-15 minutes for theorder to be put together because they needed to cook more biscuits. It seems it should be pretty simple to recognize that youneed to put more in when you only have a couple left instead of waiting until you have none to make a new batch. Read more
Terribly slow service with a side of invetory issues and poor customer service. If you go to this location prepared to wait an... hour+ for poorly cooked food, mid at best. If you happen to be lucky and get in line with only a couple cars in front of you, itwill still be 30+ mins guaranteed. This visit i had the pleasure of ordering my food, paying, then being told they are out ofmultiple products. Forget confronting them about it, the staff appears cluttered with multiple younger people all just standingaround. Clear mismanagement with a lack of customer service training. Go to any other popeyes or better yet the nearest dumpsterfor better food and service. Read more
They are constantly sold out of basic products and last time I was there the floor was flooded and no slip signs put out. As a... customer I had to literally put it out myself so others wouldn't slip. There are better places to go in the area. Read more
i was there on Sunday and order a chicken sandwich meal. They said they cannot serve me because the toaster is broken. I told... them that?s fine I don?t need the bun to be toasted. They told me to pull to the parking lot and they will bring my food there.Guess what, when they brought my food there was no chicken, it was only one untoasted bun. So I went back and told them aboutit. They were not friendly at all and I called for the manager she was not helpful at all and acted very rude. So I got fries,a bun and sweet tea. If you don't want to work there, then just leave. Because sitting there complaining, and holding up other workers, makes sure... that you lose customers. I was in line with my one year old, and I literally watched this woman walk in front of us at least 8or 9 times, and she never took our order. Just that there complaining about how she could go in the kitchen and fried chickenfaster, but never actually did. Hire people that want to work, and want to be there. Read more
