Crew is clearly racist. 3 black customers ahead of me all 3 asked if they were service members to be discounted. I a white male... wearing my veteran hat not only was not asked or given the discount for my service which honestly I don't care about. But Ibarely could order food cause she kept cutting me off trying to ring me out and rolled her eyes every time I said excuse me I'mstill ordering. 10/10 steering clear of and while writing this 10 different customers have walked in with wrong or incompleteorder complaints. Bad management! I placed an order online and went on to pick it up. There were about 5 people in line. Everyone of us left... disappointed. They had about 8 people in there and the whole team was lost. They were unorganized loosing orders, the managerwas rude and didn't communicate with the kitchen very well. There was trash everywhere and the tea on the floor. I was in likefor 55 minutes! Because the loss my order. I have had good experiences here before, but the new manager is terrible! Read more

Wife stopped there around 7 pm last night and was told we dont have any spicy chicken and no sides! Why stay open if you wont... prepare enough food to remain open? This place is a joke, been there before and they always have problems and excuses. Poormanagement, lazy employees. All Popeyes location in the Augusta area are getting bad, dont be surprised to see them go out ofbusiness! Shame Read more

Worst Popeyes ever. Waste of $50 and Makes me not want to go back. The order taker struggled to take the order and took forever.... Ordered 4 meals(2 spicy chicken sandwich meals, 5 tenders and 1/4lb shrimp and biscuit) paid and they handed me the 2 sandwichmeals and said have a nice day. I said I had more. They took my recipe, looked at it and gave me a small bowl of old nastyshrimp and no biscuit. Then said we are our of chicken tenders would you like something else. I said a spicy chicken sandwich,we are out of that too. So they gave me a refund on that meal. Left and started eating and the fries tasted old and thesandwiches barely had and sauce. From the time I started ordering to the time of leaving in disagreement and frustration wasover 40 minutes. Not fast, not quantity and definitely not quality. Read more

Lady at the drive through was rude, zero customer service skills and when we asked for some sauce she just slams the drive... through window so we wait a few seconds and she opens it again looking like what do you want and we ask for sauce and she sayswe outta sauce. Then to top it off we upgraded our sides to larges and they literally filled it a smidge above the half waypoint . Paid for a upgrade to get nothing extra!!! Read more

I ordered online so I wouldn?t have to wait in drive thru or inside for my food. When I got there the manager was on the phone... stating she had no chicken no biscuits. So one of the employees kept coming out needing her for something then she was kind ofrude to him saying she had customers which I understood but she didn?t have to be rude to her employee like that. Then shelooked at my order then said they didn?t have Mac and cheese all the had was mash potatoes and gravy and red beans and rice.Then she only had two biscuits which my order was supposed to have five then she didn?t have that much chicken so I was short onthat as well. She tried to give me one apple pie for the place of three biscuits. This was literally the worst service ever Iwill not be coming to this location again. Read more

I waited in line 45 minutes only because my husband really wanted it. When I get to the window I see why. None of the workers... seemed to be in any kind of hurry even though the line was wrapped around the building ????. After waiting for so long I madesure my order was correct and fresh and it was. Upon entering the building never received hello thank you for coming to Popeye's. I stood there for several minutes waiting to... place my order. I was totally ignored. I understand that it was busy but they could have at least say, "Will be with you as soonas possible" but didn't even get that. Ryan was telling me that I had to have a coupon to get my order. I explained to himthat is not what the sign said on the window. He got a little huffy with me. After waiting 15 minutes or so I went up to thecounter to find out what was going on with my order. Ryan said "I thought you got your order already." And then went to checkthe board were all the orders were and said, "oh it's still up here I'm sorry." Placed order at 721 pm. Received order at 740p.. Only received 1 side not 2 as sign says. Worst customer service I've gotten at any of the Popeye's I've ever been in. Iwould have gave only one star if the food have been bad. At least the chicken was hot and tasted good. It was clean at least. Read more
