Manager Lorissa was VERY rude and unprofessional. Does not know what customer service is apparently. My friend and I placed a... delivery order, 1.5 hours later, it?s still nowhere to be found. We called and the manager said they came by her apartmenttwice!! We were there!! No one EVER came. She then proceeded to ask someone( ?the driver? in the store ?where did you go? ?youwent to the right location right.? Then 30 seconds later the DRIVER calls me and tells us she was out making deliveries but nowshe?s on her way!!!!!! So we cancelled our order and went down the street and ate elsewhere. We just called into this Pizza Hut and the person answered was very rude and argued about the validity of a brand new coupon. ... Did not give us a delivery time. She just hung up. This was the first time we have had this bad of a service when calling in anorder. I ordered our pizza at 5:39 pm. I called at 6:40 to check on the order. The lady on the phone read back my order andsaid it was on its way. Called back at 8:00 pm and the lady said there was no order from this phone number at all.
