Worst pickup experience I've ever had! Call them the order and waited for the staff to bring curbside. I even called to let them... know I was there. Only to have to walk into the establishment pick out my own food and be told to wait until they did somethingbefore I could take my food that at that point had been sitting there for over 40 minutes. The manager was unapologetic, thehostess was nasty, and the server who was supposed to bring me my food had no care and concern. I will never return to thisrestaurant! The way they treated my family was deplorable! And to be clear there were no words exchanged in a negative way oreven in a positive way. We were very hungry and needed a place to eat. Connie was our server and she provided EXCELLENT customer service. She was very... knowledgeable concerning the menu and could share her knowledge based on her actually tasting the menu items. Love Olive garden. Food is always awesome. Our waitress was Lily! She is amazing , tentative and so kind. We definitely will be... coming back and hope to see Lily again! We go to Olive garden all the time and all the employees are sweet. I was served 2 orders of burned chips. Wasted money. You can't even eat this, it's hard as a rock. When using to go ordering,... check your food before driving home, because you may get food like this. 50 dollars totally wasted. Read more

It had been years since I had been to Olive Garden, but it was still as good as I remembered! I dined alone, and was seated... promptly. My server’s name was Brittani, and she was amazing! The wait staff and service was very polite, engaging and helpful. Food came pretty fast. Weak alcohol drinks taste watered down... even when asked and paid for top shelf. I've always enjoyed the Italian margaritas for years this was 1st time the drinks tastelike no alcohol was in it. My daughter had hard strawberry lemonade and she had the same problem. My food looked like it spenta few hours roasting in an tanning bed they did replace the pasta. My review would have been lower if it weren't for the waitstaff. Read more

Had a very nice lunch at the bar...it was oddly crowded at all the tables (I believe there was an event). The salad was... great...so big I knew half of it would have to accompany me home. Had a nice plate of garlic shrimp and angel hair pasta, lightbut delicious lunch. A nice glass of wine to compliment. Friendly Staff, value for the lunch time price. Dined in tonight , our waitress was " KK" . there were multiple parties around us complaining about such Minor things and she... did such an awesome job handling them and even informed management of the little things. She kept a smile on her face. Sheshrugged it off and got back to us happy bubbly and made the experience extra great because it did not mess her up one bit. Theissues were the kitchens fault things she couldnt have predicted. She even made sure to keep our bread sticks warm . Such apleasureable experience . Thank you. Read more
