2022-11: This review is based of having food delivered by a third party. There are some aspects of this review that take that... into account. I ordered a gallon of Sweet Tea and a Build Your Own Combo with 2 pieces of Atlantic Cod, 6 oz. Top Sirloin,Smashed Potatoes, Mac & Cheese and updated it to add on a Side House Salad with Ranch and a slice of Ooey Gooey Caramel Pie.When I received my order, the restaurant had not sealed the bag, so I cannot say if my items left the restaurant as the picturesshow or if it happened upon leaving the restaurant. Everything was present, but the pie was a sad excuse for a slice of pie.Seeing the pie the way it was, I was not too interested in eating any of the food since I didn't know if had been messed with bythe delivery driver. I did not get a picture of the gallon of Sweet Tea, but it was either not filled fully or it was messedwith by the delivery driver. The gallon container was not sealed as it should have been. Two rolls should have come with themeal, but I only received one and the honey butter container looked as if someone had scraped about half out, leaving verylittle. I'm pretty upset by this experience because I ended up choosing not to eat any of the food due to the pie and the gallonof tea being like it was. I understand that the delivery service could have easily played a role in my experience, but I willnot be ordering from here by a third party again, and I've never eaten in any O'Charley's physical restaurant. Persons with Disabilities are NOT welcome here! This store Deserves ZERO stars! The employees were very rude and inconsiderate.... 1 pm on Wed afternoon, there is ONE table occupied. We came in and I had to go looking for someone. There was NO employees insight. I had to go back toward the kitchen and finally waved down an employee. She came out and took one look at my mom - whohas a service dog (wearing a service vest and labeled leash) and spun on her heals - in passing - said ?ill get right back witha manager?. It took a loooong time. We were tired and upset having just come from the hospital with my Dad - so after at least5 minutes standing there, I , again, walked back toward the kitchen where I could hear the employees talking quite loudly. Thelady who had come out earlier was saying ?Well THEY will just HAVE to sit out on the patio?. Then I heard another voice saysomething about ? cant have a dog inside??. Next the lady comes out and I say to her?.? This IS a service dog, and you nevereven asked us before you ran off?. Meanwhile I had seen a guy in the bar and asked for the manager, who came quickly. Weapologized to her for our possibly being tired and irritable but also made it clear to the manager that we did not appreciatethe way the employee had disrespected and ignored us. The original employee sat us at a dirty table (no menu or silverware) bywaving the hand and saying ?just sit here?, then ran off. Another guest came in and was sat immediately right behind us andbefore they could even get comfortable, had water and bread on their table!! We had not even been visited by a waitress at thatpoint!! Service was terrible, the place is ran for old people, could be a great place like twin peaks! Need better music, dimmer lights,... and a manager that wants to make a difference. The atmosphere is made for people in their 60's!! You have a whole bar! Nobodysits there! Why! It's a boring atmosphere! Now I had a to-go- order and asked for ranch and the ranch is sour!!! Gross ????!!The manager in the purple shirt was terrible at training and caring about customer service and his associates!! Time 8:15pm whenthis happened on Friday 13th!! We recently enjoyed a late supper at this unit. The dining room staff was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, prompt, and... sweet. After a very long traveling, the meal hit the spot! Cudos also to the back of the house team! My Grilled Salmon saladwas well seasoned, prepared, and served with the variety of requested dressings. As was my guests Club Sandwich - whichunfortunately contained several slices of cheese that was of overly air dried from being poorly wrapped. Drinks were servedcold and well made. We appreciated utilizing a $10 off coupon received from a substandard customer service experience in atSouth Carolina unit. Our only real concern was that the dining room temperature was freezing. And having not dined withO'Charleys in quite a while, there were no dining incentives in the O'Charleys app. Read more

I must say by far this was the best experience I?ve ever had in life. Our server Brittany was TOP TIER. She anticipated our... needs, offered suggestions and she has a wonderful personality. My daughter and I shared a full rack of ribs with the NashvilleHot Sauce, a double order of sweet smash and for dessert we had apple cobbler with ice cream. Everything was absolutely amazing!I wanted to lick every plate that we were served on. The food was excellent and I had the opportunity to thank the manager.Indeed a great experience. I sat at the bar and ordered a old fashion. I ordered the appetizer sampler combo while I waited on my to go order. I ordered... cheese squares and the fried chicken salad to go. The old fashion was delicious ???? it had a sweet hint from the cherries I?mguessing that made it sweeter than normal but it was Really Good. The sampler came with fried chicken tenders, potato skins andmore cheese squares?.lol the cheese squares are addicting. If you try them, you?ll understand. The bartender provided greatservice and was very attentive of everyone at the bar and those sitting in the bar area. None of the food disappointed me. A semi-disappointing experience. Wonder if this might be a franchise. Family and I started at Cheddar?s, but came here on a... busy night instead after being quoted 45m wait. We were seated immediately at O?Charley?s; the restaurant was much more sparselypopulated than it?s neighboring competitor. After being sat and drinks taken, we were brought the complimentary rolls which arenot the standard rolls O?Charley?s has come to be known for. These were very obviously pre-frozen rolls that were warmed up.They were not as golden and buttery as the standard rolls and were very dense and dry inside. I?m not sure if these are the newstandard rolls post-Covid, if this is a franchise and using their own rolls or something else (the nonstandard interior of therestaurant also had me wondering about it being franchised). Our appetizer of Artichoke and Spinach Dip came next. Again we weredisappointed as the dip was soggy (also very likely a previously frozen bag that was heated up) and the chips were not warm. Wewere checked in on by a manager during the meal, but declined to inform them of this experience. The rest of our meal wassatisfactory; the broccoli wasn?t soggy, fries and chicken were hot, no other complaints. Wait staff was very nice and checkedin on us enough. First and last I guess! I went on Sunday around 415pm got seated and 10 minutes later after someone came by to let us know that... we got in the middle of shift change ... So? That shouldn't be your excuse with an empty restaurant. We had enough time seatedto know EVERYTHING we wanted plus we had limited time so we tried to make it easier and faster for them... Which took at least20 mins for loaded potato skins that were undercooked. Oh DO NOT, please DO NOT order mojito. 40 mins later our food wasn'tready yet. We kindly asked to have our food boxed and for our check. We paid our bill and even tipped because it is not theservers fault. They offered 1o% discount and as much as I appreciated it, someone needs to tell management that first offservers going on break or changing shifts shouldn't affect the customers. It was not busy at all which is why my review reflectsdiscontent. I really would not want to be there on a busy rush. Also if everyone came at once at least when you are seating ppltake the drinks for whoever can help since you already know you are short staffed. Read more
