Pre Order: There was a line of cars wrapped around the McDonald's on Washington Rd. and we waited in that line for more than an... hour before we were able to place our order. Post Order: After placing the order and paying for it, there was more than 15minute wait to receive the food. After Receiving Food: Ordered two double cheeseburgers and a large fry. The night crew will not answer or acknowledge anyone at the speaker or window. I have video of the workers on 09/10/2022 at 4 am... just talking while people waited in line. Many people left because nobody answer. If you don?t want to work then don?t take thejob this is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this location. Please review the camera and make sure staff are doing whatthey are supposed to. The owners are losing money. Read more
This #1 of the only 3 McDonald's I visit in our area. My food is always fresh & hot. No mix-up with my order. Would've given 5... stars. However, tge line was extremely long and it took about 20 minutes to get my order. I'm sure this was only due to limitedstaffing Read more
This McDonald's has gone downhill for several months now. Almost everytime I come here, now, there's a problem. Last time, I... just ordered a large coke and they gave me diet coke and the manager with a rude attitude tried to argue, and play dumb with meabout it. Today, I came at 11:11am and ordered 2 large fries and a large coke. I was told to pull forward, they'll bring themout. Nearly 30 minutes had passed and some light skinned girl with glasses and braces was bringing food out to another customerand not me and wasn't even acknowledged, not even a little bit. So, I went in and asked them what's taking so long?" They allsimultaneously "forgot about me" when I believe they did that purposely. Needless to say, I will never come back to thislocation again. Do not use curbside pick up here. They never brought out my order. I went inside to ask what happened and no one came up to... help, even though the drive through was not busy and there was hardly anyone inside. Finally went through the drive through andthey had me pull off to the side. Finally got my food 35 min after arriving. Go to any other store if possible. Read more
Ordered through the mobile app while my children played on the playground. It gave me the option to have the food delivered to... my table so I chose that . 20 minutes passed and I still have not seen my food . So I go up to the counter and stand another 10minutes before even being acknowledged. I told them the situation and their response was ?oh I didn?t feel like walking overthere? . Drive thru was a bit slow, but the drive thru staff was friendly. However, we were travelling and pulled out without checking... our food (we only ordered a happy meal for our 4 year old). We get 10 minutes down the road and she opens her nugget containerto discover a side of Big Mac Sauce instead of her nuggets. Tried calling the restaurant but got no one. Called the customerservice line and no joke, I left a message but got an almost immediate call back by the regional customer service manager((Sean)sp?) even though it was after 7p and he takes care of us right away by having us pull off to the next McDonald's in hisregion in Thomson to have them resolve our nugget issue.
