The staff was nice enough, but managers need to step up their game. One of the sketchier McDonald's I have been to. Bathroom... in very rough shape...no paper towels or soap and only scalding hot water. No ice cream products whatsoever...and that's whatwe had gone there for. Worst service I have ever had. I waited in The lobby line for 10 minutes and no one ever spoke to me. So I wet to the... Drive-through and Staff is laughing joking and playing around and customers are standing around angry. Is this McDonald's needbetter staff or better training, FYI im writing this as I am experiencing it, Now my food is incorrect I order a doublequarter pounder meal with nuggets. They gave me a double cheeseburger and my nuggets that I had ordered When I told them it wasincorrect they took the bag back as expected. Now I am waiting even longer It is 8:40 PM I drive all day for work I want to gohome guess. These things don't matter these days And on top of that they will not give me back my receipt or my full order Eventhough they left out my chicken nuggets. I'm pretty sure they gave them to another customer, even though I had Already dugthrough them. Went there for a quick lunch run with my little sister who is disabled but loves their food. She asked for a 6 piece nugget meal... with unsweetened tea In addition to her order I order 6 piece nuggets (no meal) And 4 MC chickens Order was correct on thescreen Repeated order at the window before paying. (She asked me to verify) Went to pick order, asked if the sauce was in thebag.. The lady replied yes...I thanked her. Went home. Mind you... I normally check my order before leaving but my littlesister was with me and is disabled and doesn't know anything about that. I wasn't trying to hold up the line. She was happyholding her bag Got her back home she's excited to enjoy her meal.. and of course... No nuggets no fries!!! All that's in thebag is 5 chicken sandwiches. (I only asked for 4) So I get back in my car and go back with my order to get it fixed. They gaveme the 2-6 pieces and order of fries. Chicken sandwiches weren't replaced with fresh ones. We (Wife, Pre-Teen Daughter, and myself) was making a trip to SW Georgia and stopped thru to get some lunch. I would have given... this place a 5. The food was great and made as I had ordered it, the staff was so friendly and courteous. This McDonald?s iskinda in ?the hood? but all was great. My only constructive criticism is, I had used the McDonald?s App and I used the ?bringthe food to the table? option. That did not happen at all!!!! I still had to go to the counter to get my order. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. They said we make them fresh so could you pull over to the number 1 spot. After... about 4 -5 min. Someone came by and said they ran out of meat. Would I like a single oe a refund. I said I was really hungryill take whatever. After another few minutes go by. She gave me my order. It was a plain single burger. I was extremelydisappointed.
