Asked for mixed chicken, got all dark.. coleslaw tasted old, and asked for ketchup and hit sauce, the employee said it was in... the bag, it wasn't... Chicken was delish as always, service was great, staff was pleasant. Only reason for not getting a 5 is bc I ordered a 9 piece... and got 8 (missing a breast) ordered green beans and got cabbage. Also the individual size was $3 and it was served in acontainer for a condiment (yes that small lol size isn?t the problem the price was)! Glad to see they are still around and stillbusy! I've been coming here since the 80s. It's a small town favorite. It's in the hood but the staff is very kind and the food is... always good. Every time I come home, I try make it here and it never disappoints. There is no inside dining so get your chickenand go. You'll love it. Read more
Today the cabbage was awful ????. It had either too much vinegar or hot sauce. Everything else was delicious ????
Their food is generally good, but inconsistent. Their "wait outside" policy is very off-putting. Especially with how slow they... are in preparing the meals. Takes so long that your drink is probably empty by the time you receive your food, and they won'tgive refills. They want to charge another $2 to refill the drink. Major turnoff. This place has really sunken, and I hope theypull their head out of their butt soon before they permanently lose my business, as well as the patronage of many others who arealso annoyed by this silliness. It will be awhile before I return, I hope they will have fixed their issues in order to stoprunning customers off by then. On a side-note, they've got some of the best gizzards. Read more
It was ok. They didn't have any fries. I had to wait 20+ minutes for wings. Where they do that at??? There's a bubblegum... machine in there and the candy looks dusty. Read more
