I order 2 double cheese Krystal without onions, ex pickles and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Krystal had so much mustard an pickles on... it, u could have made 2 or 3 more sandwiches. Waited probably 15 min or so for our food. No one apologizing for the wait. The cashier was doing dual duties in making the food... too. Hardly anyone helping or working. Paid more attention to drive thru than in store customers. Will never come back next timei stop through Augusta GA. Read more
My whole order was wrong and when I went in to complain, the old black woman laughed at me and said she would give me packets of... sauce but not enough for my meal. I had 15 sandwiches and she only would give me 3 packets of Mayo. She said coorporate told hershe couldn?t give out extra sauce to just anyone. I snatched the sauce from her hand and walked out. Sometimes the urge hits you and you just have to have a Krystal hamburger (or Krystal Pup, in my case). Whether it?s chilly or... Cole slaw you like in your Pup, it?s good. Mind you, this is not a 5-star steakhouse, it is a fast-food place, but thedefinition of quality is a feeling that you got what you expected, and you can?t beat a Krystal for a fun dining experience. Their sales pitch is "Fresh, Hot, Small, Square". They need to change their motto and to represent the truth it should say... something like "Stale, Cold, Squished, Square-ish".
