I went threw the drive threw and had misplaced my debit card and the lady manager paid for my food. I said "What Really are you... sure" I was taken back momentarily as the days when people were more kind, families and neighbors looked out for each other andcared based on just being a good decent person. When I got home I found my card under the rubber mat in my car. But whatmattered was her kind way of saying "No worries i got you" Happy Thanks giving. Her blessings will be paid forward. Very rude attitude from worker... I tried to order a 2 piece chicken and was rudely interrupted and told that it would be 45... minutes to an hour for me to get the chicken After I asked what else I could get I was told I couldn't get anything becauseeverything would take 45 minutes to get. I politely said i cant wait and thank you and when i drove by the lady was looking atme as if i was doing something wromg by trying to order. Ordered a 15 and 16. Missing cookie on 16 and the pot pie crust was overcooked, and 15 was a thigh and not a breast. Biscuit was... hard as a brick. Edit: 9/17/22 Ordered a 3pc 2 sides online. App wouldn't allow me to get mac n cheese. So I ordered 2 friesand would explain when I get there. I explained and was given mac n cheese and no spoon. Asked for hot sauce. A coworker and I went to this location at 9:15pm. Their attitude was rude from the very beginning. Rushing us through the entire... order asking if that was all after each thing we ordered knowing there was to separate orders. No total before pulling up towindow. They had to bring the order out and was handed the order without saying anything. Basically shoved the food in my windowand quickly walked away. Both ladies looked like they didn?t want to be there. Absolutely the worst place ever. The restaurant was dirty and the employees were ignorant and mumbled so we couldn?t even hear... what they were saying. Food was horrible. I can?t even imagine where the mashed potatoes came from. They were cold, tastelessand had no gravy. The ?biscuit ? was the size of a quarter and hard as a rock. A nasty, horrible excuse for a KFC. The chicken is okay, aside from the fact that I ordered extra crispy, and got regular. The mashed potatoes and gravy were edible... too. Gravy is a little bit on the thin side. Big problem is is the lobbyist not open. It's very disrespectful to force yourcustomers to go through the drive-thru. Read more
