We entered and was seated immediately that was a plus however once seated ten minutes passed before we were even acknowledged by... a waitress even take our drink orders. I got up and went to the hostes stand where I had to inquire on service and she acted asif she didn't have a clue on if someone was coming. Once I spoke with her three servers who were passed us before then stoppedand asked if we had been helped yet. A nice gentleman whos name we didn't get but should have gotten. Came out and took ourdrink orders and he wasn't even the server. She came out took our order and put it in. Food started coming out,but in pieces andstill we had no drinks. Two orders came out wrong, one was sent back because it came out COLD. I am not sure what was going on,but we were not happy with the overall service received from this establishment. Read more
I frequent this location throughout the year and all is good..but my visit this day was appalling... My birthday week and I was... denied my birthday reward from the Birthday Club I joined years ago..?????? Even after presenting proper ID and partial Email...I'm not sure why he wouldn't honor their own policy ...to a loyal patron .. I was very disappointed.... Read more
Been there twice and very pleased. Waitresses could not be nicer. Senior menu very reasonable a a bit less than regular... servings. But then again, their regular servings are plentiful and they have doggy bags when you can't eat it all Very cleanand they space people out for health safety still. Very considerate of customers. Food was good, service, not so good. While the server was nice, the restaurant wasn't busy, maybe 6 tables total. It took almost... 10 minutes before she even asked what I wanted to drink. First cup of coffee was clearly old coffee. Food arrived quickly, andwas delicious. I had to ask for more coffee, all other tables had the thermos on their tables. I put my cup close to the edge ofthe table and it sat for almost 15 minutes before I finally saw any server and asked for more. I will more than likely comeagain, I know people have off days. But, I am a very good tipper, and would have left a lot better tip had the service beenbetter. Read more
My first time being at this IHOP wasn't really the experience I was hoping for. Had about 3 flies flying around us that we... killed, that wasn't much of a big deal though, but our waitress got our order wrong 3 times so it took really long for us to getour food. The waitress just seemed really anxious so I don't want to hold it against her, but maybe they can do a Lil better atcommunicating with each other. They did accommodate us with some free food and a free pancake pass for our next visit and Ireally appreciate that. I was very disappointed with our visit to this location a week ago. My son chose this restaurant to celebrate his graduation... from high school so he was also very disappointed when he had to wait over 2 hours to eat. They were short staff and they triedto be accommodating however it didn't help the situation. They kept bringing out the wrong order to my mother. She orderedturkey bacon and they kept bringing pork bacon. My mother doesn't eat pork. When they finally brought out the correct order shedidn't want it. She decided to take it home.The GM apologized and gave my son a free meal for his next visit. I went to get thefree meal and got disappointed again. His Buffalo Chicken Melt was half done. One side wasn't toasted and it was missing somecondiments. It's sad that my son special day was ruined. Read more
Visited this establishment on a day in which they were not busy, but perhaps understaffed. There was only one server. Our food... was awesome, hot and prepared as ordered. The problem was that the server was lethargic, often stared off into space, andseemed unstable on her feet. We had to repeat the order several times and she often forgot about us. Once we received ourfood...we KEPT receiving our food. Apparently she had placed certain parts of our order into their system multiple times. A newset of pancakes would arrive to our table every 5 min. When the manager (who was awesome) asked her about it, she stated thatwe kept ordering the food! Blatantly lied. She then went and changed the tab to reflect HER mistake. I refused the tab andadvised her to get her manager...she then decided to take the additional unordered items off. I also ordered food to go. Well....we never got the food. I was at home by the time I remembered! Since the entire crew had changed, no one was willingto help me...even though I had a receipt. Great food, horrible service. My husband and I went to IHOP it was very good food and delicious. The experience and atmosphere was great. Service was, the... woman talked to us, she was friendly. However, when we sat down, well, she said, I'll be right back and walked away. Kind ofrude. She could be more open-minded and optimistic. Another issue, is that they serve too much money for a little bit of food. Iended up getting an omelet, toast and hash browns and a tea. My husband got a breakfast burrito, grits, and water. It cost $31.Way too much money. Please lower your prices for your foods. All I'll have to say, have a great day everyone. Read more
