I was worried the first time I went to this Hardee's because it is in South Augusta but I was so pleasantly surprised and have... been every time I have visited this Hardee's. They have had some of the best service I have came in contact with and probably 10years or more from any restaurant or store that I have been in. The service and the food was so great that I asked to speak tothe manager and she seemed to really be kind and care about the restaurant and the customers. I will go there as much as I canand I am pleased to be able to give a shout out to that manager and her team on what a great great job they are doing!! Some ofher superiors need to look out for her because that is a not so good part of town and I can tell you every other restaurant orfast food location and almost every store has the most terrible customer service that I've ever experienced. Have only used the drive thru here. No issues other than the parking lot is very small and can get very congested. We usually... get breakfast here and it has always been fresh and hot. Very delicious as well! Very nice having a Hardees on the South sideagain after so many years without one! Read more

Just got a #2, super star with cheese. I didn't use the drive thru because i had a trailer on my truck. This allowed me to go in... and i watched the gentleman make my burger. He did an excellent job of putting the toppings on, not just throwing it togetherlike I've seen at other fast food places. To top it off, the burger was delicious. Thank you for the delicious meal. Man this is one of the best Hardee's that I have ever been to! The staff is super fast and friendly, they were all very... courteous. They truly seemed to enjoy being there, that is rare nowadays! Now what I had was the Monster Double with lettuce,tomatoes and pickles. Onion Rings everything was hot fresh and delicious! Once I ordered they dropped the Onion Rings I sat downand in 2 minutes I had my meal!?! I will definitely be back in the near future, I live closer to the other Hardee's but this oneis way better. Definitely stop by and give them a try, easy access from 520. Read more

Brought a friend by this location yesterday morning for breakfast and because the food was hot and fresh I decided to give it a... try again this morning after placing my order at drive-thru I needed to modify it when I got to the window and told the cashierat the window I want to change it and she quickly got pertured by me wanted to change it and told the manager so then themanager came to the window and I proceeded to let her know what I want to change and the attitude just was not okay to beworking in customer service and so I just told her never mind and she proceeded to tell me okay & have a good day I didn't doanything to you. Yes, you did just because you didn't verbally say it out your mouth your body language said it for you as if itwas a problem for me to modify my order now that I was at the window. Moving forward please keep in mind that working in thefield of customer service where you provide a service to the customer it is never okay to make the customer feel like it's aproblem to modify their order once at the window, hence it's the customer that keep the establishment open.
