Worst Dunkin ever! The employees are very rude and disrespectful and management is horrible! Your food is always cold and drinks... are never made right. The inside of the building is always filthy and the employees never use gloves to prepare food. Theemployees are always playing around and never do their jobs and ignore customers inside all the time. Read more

Their service should really match the price increases a line shouldn?t be around the building every morning and waiting 12+... minutes in the drive through. With that much time they should never screw up and order yet everyday it?s playing Russianroulette on what you get, ask for two Splenda you get 10 in your coffee, ask for no egg on your sandwich you get egg, theyreally need to do better especially when the owner is in here every morning working as well. Just do better and pay attentionand qc the items your passing out to customers you literally have 3 screens to fix the error?that is all. Read more

This location is so slow. I?ve started going to the Fury?s Ferry location more, and although it?s a little farther than I?d like... it to be, they are always quick and NICE! I?m glad to see this location stopped taking mobile orders because they literallycould not handle it. Read more

Got a latte that tasted bad. Went back and she explained to me the whole batch of milk had spoiled. Didn?t even give me a... complimentary item for me having to return. The owners like to cut corners and it?s beginning to show :( Read more

Stood in the lobby watching employees scrambling as if the 4 cars in the drive through were a mad rush. We finally walked out... as there was not so much as a "be right with you". I'm guessing at least 6 employees were there too and no one else in thestore. Read more

This business seems like to me one that tries to cut corners and extract from their employees. Ordered on the app, arrived 5min... later than scheduled to give them some grace period. Once I got there they didn?t have two of the three things I ordered. Theydid not have a coffee sleeve for the coffee and it was very hot to touch. This is a coffee shop with no sleeves. I later spilleda little bit of coffee on my seat because O was holding it awkwardly. The croissant took forever to make but I was on my way towork, when I need to pick up the things I ordered in 30 seconds and be on my way. Thank goodness I planned plenty of time aheadfor extra time wasted here. This makes me feel very uncomfortable to ever order here again on my way to work, which is one ofthe slogans of the store. Turns out, employees felt very short staffed. They are always out of things - waffle cones, sleeves,etc. This store doesn?t make me want to go there. Read more
