We always ask for extra coffee syrup in our frozen coffees, not all employees put enough to satisfy my wife's taste for strong... coffee. This was our first time in this particular store and they ACED it. Frozen coffees were AWESOMELY DELICIOUS. Kudos. Read more

homeless person approached me at the drive through window requesting cash as I told him I didn?t have any on me, he started... threating me & the 3 employees in the window were laughing about it and after taking 5 minutes to make my coffee it was superbitter after I ordered an extra 4 pumps of creamer. this isn?t the first time I?ve had issues with this location. thankfully aStarbucks is being built down the road. Called up to Dunkin Donut talk to shift lead. Was told that that's how much I get because of the foam in the cappuccino. Paid... 9.70 for 2 large. If I wanted a small ill get a small. Even forgot to put whip cream in it. I did not get a sorry or anything.Will not go back there ago. Read more
Stopped for a large latte, we'll it turned out to be a small at best. Asked for one pump of flavoring, it may have only been one... pump but because it wasn't a large as requested it was too sweet. The coffee was also not as hot as I am accustomed too, willnot visit this location again, this was their second chance and as the first time it was not correct. They got our order incorrect at first. Which was confusing because there were only 3 other customers in the store, and the other... customers only ordered coffee. They fixed our order after with some confusion. Also, they neglected to tell that they were outof the waffle bread until after we made an order for the waffle sandwich. They subbed in for croissants but I would have likedto have known that ahead of time. The location is clean, for the most part and the staff were nice, but I would have preferredslightly better service. Read more
I ordered in advance with the Dunkin app, 10 minutes prior to arrival. It was busy and slow. My order was cold due to the long... drive-thru wait. They were not prepared to give me my order even though I repeated I had a mobile order for (my name). Thedrink was bitter. Not the quality I'm used to. This made me late for work.
