First time ordering from this Domino's and never again. Tried a few other Domino's in the area and they're all terrible and this... one is no exception. Did a carryout order and Ordered a pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese, and extra bacon. Pizza had nosauce or bacon and just a small amount of cheese and cost a bit over $10 and someone named "Ladazija" said that's just how itis. Definitely not what I ordered and they didn't care. Was barely even warm and kind of undercooked too. Hot wings ordered hadno sauce on them so were plain, not hot wings. Chicken parmesan sandwich was only minimal sauce and chicken, no cheese. Placed an order online (WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS) for pick up at the store and even gave them an hour to get my order correct before... I went to pick up. Get all the way back home and discover the second pizza was not the Spinach Feta Cheese plus extra toppings Ipaid over $20 for, but instead a plain o cheese pizza. When I called back up to the store and inquired when would my order bere-made and delivered, "Tyler" the manager informed me he refused to deliver the pizza, I would have to come back to the Storeto pick up. Wait .... YOU messed up specific written instructions, even after opening the pie box to confirm you had thecorrect order and then cannot offer a delivery (where the driver would have been tipped) in the interest of this awesome greatcustomer service Domino's ads and commercials all state the company believes in! In this current economy of a Recession wherefunds are tight, I chose to celebrate my grandson's night before the First Day of School with his favorite pie from Dominos andyou ruined the experience - completely. Way to go Tyler and Dominos!! - I'm sure Pizza Hut, Marco's Pizza, Hungry Howie's, PapaJohn's, Roma Pizza, Your Pie and a host of local places all offering much better pizza tbh and customer service will gladly takemy money going forward. Fix the domino's app. I placed an order today and when I went to pick it up the app chose some Domino's location in Ohio. I... placed the order here in Augusta Georgia and I don't even live in Ohio. Something not right with the app. It's a first for me asI never had this problem but the manager there fixed my order and remade everything for me. Read more
Food was hot and tasty, and the delivery was fast and efficient. Their $5.99 carryout or $6.99 delivery deal is the best deal... available compared to other pizza chains. The marbled cookie-brownie is really good too. Read more
Always fast delivery and friendly and available without contact if you wish. Pick up orders always have a manager special and... free red pepper flakes an parmesan packets. Busy 20-40 mins. So order or call ahead ! Very clean and has bathroom available. Read more
They said ?are you sure they?re burnt?? They wouldn?t refund the cost of these lava cakes. Even hung up on me when I called and... asked for the manager. 2 stars the pizza was decent and the driver was really nice. Read more
